Hello, I hope you can assist me regarding my annual subscription to Metal Hamme Magazine. Today I have received current issue 377. However I seem to be missing back issues 375 and 376. I have not been receiving my issues of Metal Hammer as I have had the same problems in the past and this keeps happening more often. I have been subscribing to Metal Hammer for many years and never had a problem like this before. iOS version has a serious issue

I had subscribed to Metal Hammer for some time then cancelled. I wanted to subscribe again but can’t. The app shows “Your iPad subscription is active. It has not been active for over a year but the app thinks I am still subscribed so I can’t renew or cancel. Very frustrated with the app or, to be fair, the iOS version of it.
Issues have disappeared and won't download

The title says it all. I purchased he latest issue and not only will it not download, but ALL of my purchases are gone. I've tried the restore library function and nothing shows up. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, and STILL nothing. What can I do to get my issues back?

I saw the new app loaded the free issue what a mess the new app is.Hope they get wind of this they will lose lots money over time.....
