I had subscribed to Metal Hammer for some time then cancelled. I wanted to subscribe again but can’t. MetalHammerMagazine shows “Your iPad subscription is active. It has not been active for over a year but MetalHammerMagazine thinks I am still subscribed so I can’t renew or cancel. Very frustrated with MetalHammerMagazine or, to be fair, the iOS version of it.
The title says it all. I purchased he latest issue and not only will it not download, but ALL of my purchases are gone. I've tried the restore library function and nothing shows up. I've tried deleting MetalHammerMagazine and re-downloading it, and STILL nothing. What can I do to get my issues back?
I saw the new app loaded the free issue what a mess the new app is.Hope they get wind of this they will lose lots money over time.....
