How to fix Spike app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spike app on iPhone
Update Spike app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spike iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spike on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spike network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Spike app issues:

Force Stop the Spike App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Spike app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Spike to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spike App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Spike app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Spike.

Fix Spike unable to contact server/ Spike internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Spike » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Spike » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spike on android.
