First time user. It took several phone calls to set up travel about 6 phone call at be exact. My travel day arrives and I arrive at the location to find the service failed spent 1 hour on the phone and still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. All charges had to go on my personal card. Awful experience with this company. The help line are nice but unable to help and ultimately waste your time.
Created it and couldn’t create a card. Then tried to delete the whole thing bc i was tired of messing with it and the instructions they give to delete ur info doesn’t even exist. What a joke
Suddenly app won’t unlock. Says “Welcome Mark” and present Unlock and Sign Out buttons. Unlock does nothing.
Hotels constantly refuse to take these “cards”
Ever since the latest updates from the company to the website and Conferma
I’ve reset my password 5 times and I still cannot log in.
Conferma now tells me is cannot validate my session on my device.
I don’t understand what the new updates have done.
Doesn’t matter how many times I use this 75% of the time I still have to use my on card for payment. It’s pretty much a waste of time.
Conferma is not allowing me to login, I utilize this for work as I travel. I submitted a request about the issue and have not heard back.
I can’t register my phone number for two factor identification because the number pad covers the enter key. Do better
When I arrive at the hotel.. it is often rejected and I have to use my own physical card! Terrible!
Unbelievably poor customer service. Horrible product that has wasted an enormous amount of my time trying to get it to work
Very frustrating we are forced to use Conferma. Constant issues with hotels receiving payments. They only show the last 4 digits of the virtual card so you can’t even have the front desk manually type the number in. About 99% of the time I’m forced to charge the hotel to my personal card and wait to be reimbursed.
If you ever get to a point of working app, a update will always bring on the next problem for you. I do believe Conferma is updated each time by a high school student.
I couldn’t even get the registration to work. It refused to let me complete the registration even though I knew I was entering the information correctly. Tried four times s as nd gave up snd deleted from my phone. Don’t bother.
I was asked to down load for work all I get is an error locked out message when trying to register and no way to contact for help since registration is locked
Too bad Conferma still has an issue with the registration link that doesn’t set up the newly created password. I’ve read the reviews and it’s been years since this issue was 1st reported. Smh.
Several people at our company cannot get the initial email to set up registration and there is no phone number to reach anyone at this app Pay. When we login online and then try to use Conferma it does not allow you to use those very password you just set up online. And there’s no way to get a hold of anyone to help.
App closes the moment you try to use it. I’d give it less stars if possible
Can’t open card link to show hotel. Says not in right format to open on iPhone. Deleted app and reinstalled, still says card in wrong format.
Started acting a bit weird, now Conferma just won’t open whatsoever, just immediately crashes as soon as the icon is clicked. Restarted my phone and all, updated, just not working.
Set app up then when you try going into it ask for six digit code that never gets sent to you. Also when you try opening app tells you that your password is wrong.
