- Instructions on certain steps used wrong pieces.

- Shows the door latch being installed backwards.

- Manufacture estimates it takes 2 people about 8 hours to assemble this swing set.

I downloaded Bilt from the Home Depot site. I have Acrobat but Bilt video/ pages won't open.

App not working on two devices, just keeps spinning loading wheel icon. Lots of space on both devices and good wifi. Waste of time!

To resolve BILT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the BILT App
1. On android, goto Settings » BILT » click [Force Stop]

Clear BILT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BILT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BILT.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BILT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BILT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BILT
