Hi. This app has never worked well. It always has bugs and does weird things like not letting me change faces, crashing, and showing me the loading mustaches with no videos ever showing up. I have cleared the cache, updated the app, restarted my phone, all to no avail. What should I do? Thanks.

Can't make videos after I select images for the faces. Always gives me a message that something went wrong and I need to refresh page. FRUSTRATING!!! I rarely use JibJab, but the whole point is to send holiday/event cards. It doesn't work. Probably going to cancel my subscription.

How to fix JibJab app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JibJab app on iPhone
Update JibJab app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JibJab iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JibJab on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JibJab network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

JibJab Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix JibJab not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JibJab App
1. On android, goto Settings » JibJab » click [Force Stop]

Update JibJab to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JibJab App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JibJab » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JibJab.

Fix JibJab unable to contact server/ JibJab internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JibJab » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JibJab » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JibJab
