There was a charge to my account that I never authorized and it created a mess in my account-several I redraft fees of $35.00 each and an insurance payment that didn’t go through! Now I am stuck paying tons of fees! I want a refund IMMEDIATELY! It’s Christmas and I cannot put gas in my car! You also have to post a phone number! I don’t have time to sit here and search for where I need to send a comment! I would like a phone call from someone who can correct this for me please! It’s a financial emergency for me! Who designed this app!? Forever ago I used JibJab and it was great. Now I have to use it on my iPhone in order to NOT pay $24/year?! Ridiculous... A smart business model would be to have multiple options and single card cost $6 with a discount for more cards and an unlimited option. Now... Onto the videos. Have they gotten worse?? We are a family of 3 and want to send a video to our cousin. How do I do this besides selecting EVERY video to see the cast #. No filters. No way to search in videos for birthday specific ones.

Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing because nobody else has cornered this market except you JibJab—You should at least be doing it well!!!

I loved JibJab when I was younger but when I went to sign up for a subscription I noted some really problematic depictions. There really shouldn’t be an app where a non-Native American person can put their face on Squanto for a thanksgiving card 😬
I would love to use this app to make fun cards but I had to stop when I saw that. Besides that there are really stereotypical depictions of Mexican and Native Hawaiian culture. Not cool.
Furthermore it’s really heteronormative. That’s not something I’d delete the app over cause you can put any face in the blanks but it really added to my discomfort.
I really hope this changes so I can make cards for my loved ones without giving my money to a company that supports these practices

From excited to disappointed

I just paid for a year subscription and was very excited to use their software as an icebreaker to a corporate meeting. Unfortunately, their system doesn’t recognize my paid subscription and keeps asking me to pay again.

I planned on using this for a meeting tomorrow morning, but with a three day wait period for their customer service group to respond, I guess I’m out of luck.

Their software is historical, I’d happily give it 5 stars if they only gave me access to what I paid for. Very disappointed, paying for a service, and then receiving said service, is a pretty low bar to uphold for satisfying customers!
