[Solved] Before the system will send the card it indicates I need to buy a membership. I purchased an annual membership three days ago.
App will not open. Just a black screen.
Will not send my card to share on FB, it states copy but will not go
denying access
Blue Mountain cards blocked on every entry
Whenever I try to log in a get a "blocked" message.
After I log in, create a card and put the email in to send, it takes me back to the log-in screen.

Blue mountain ears keeps stopping before loading on mobile phone and tablet
After writing a message to Ecard recipient, and previewing I want to go and fill out recipients email address and it won't give me the correct screen, instead it says New Customer. I don't want to fill in New Customer but to a field for the recipient's email address. Also at sign in it wants one to identify pictures (i.e. bicycles or buses), this is ridiculous, it takes 4-6 times to get correct and its mostly because the pictures are terrible. I'm not a robot or monkey...get rid of this nonsense. Thank You
Can't login to Blue Mountain account that I have
Mac OS 12. When printing, the card prints off to one side. I have followed the directions given for Mac but it still prints the same way. I have to cut the printed card and it cuts off part of the printing.
