    Update: Works phenomenally now! Love that I can order super easily/conveniently at home before work. Previous review: It will not load, and is completely non-functional. Pity, because the service is nice (though a bit on the expensive side). I like having set times to expect the deliveries at the office, because then I know how to time my order with my day. I can still order via the desktop site, but the app was a convenience when it worked. It had been in need of improvement for several months, and doesn’t seem to have been updated for >1 year. I’m thinking it just hasn’t caught up to all of the OS updates.

    It’s an option and it’s pricey

    Hot food is typically cold and food is late all the time. They are good on giving refunds but you can’t cancel an order even though it says you can on the notification emails. Most of the food is really pricey for what you get. $12 for a cheeseburger with nothing on it and no sides unless you pay extra type of thing. As long as you have a microwave it’s an option for lunch vs going to get it.

    Convenient when it works right

    The service is very convenient, and I like that there’s only a delivery fee with no tip requirement. My only complaint would be that I often times get the notification that my food has been delivered long before it actually arrives. For example, today I received the notification, went down 10 minutes later to get my food, and nothing had been delivered. This has happened before quite a few times. I assume the notification is automated for when the driver arrives, but it really shouldn’t notify anyone until the food is actually on the kiosk. It’s not close to my office, so it wastes more time if I have to keep checking for it.

    Inconvenient late delivery

    I’ve ordered a few times for just me, and although there were some late deliveries (with notifications by you), but that was not convenient for me. Today, I ordered for the office, because of a lunch meeting. I was notified about 15 minutes prior to expected arrival that it would be 20 minutes late; then again that it would be even later, making it impossible for me to order elsewhere. It has messed up our entire schedule. Hopefully, it will get here at 12:25, as “promised”. This will impact my future decision on ordering from Foodsby.

    Good app - keeps losing payment info

    The app works fine for ordering. But twice now over the past few months it had lost my credit card info. The appeal is you can quickly order lunch and get back to what you were doing - but if you have to stop what you’re doing every time, dig out your credit card, and set up your payment and billing address info every time it becomes a hassle.

    Great Service

    I have been ordering food through this service for almost four years and have not had any complaints. They are way better than DoorDash and Uber eats. They do not have drivers like DoorDash that will steal your food and say just get a refund from the corporate office. It was frustrating dealing with them. So I decided to come on back home to Foodsby. Like I stated in the title ( Great Service). Keep up the good work. Thanks and best regards, A happy customer.

    Outstanding Concept, Outstanding Price

    The cost of your meal is only $1.99 more than it would be if you went to the restaurant and picked it up yourself. The app is very simple and intuitive. Each weekday you have different restaurants to choose from. (At my business location, we typically have three or four restaurants to choose from.) 1) Order and pay for your meal in the app. 2) You get a notification and/or email when your meal arrives. (the restaurant delivers your order) 3) Go to the lobby of your office building and pick up your meal at the Foodsby kiosk. I’ve spent the last 30 years either preparing my my lunch at home or driving somewhere to get it. This is a fantastic new idea!

    When we signed up and they said there would be a kiosk. We all thought that meant an enclosed unit with a warm and cold side to keep food however it should be. Instead we have a shelf. I know a lot of people who won’t order from many of the vendors because their food can’t be kept at the temperature it should be. Many of us do not like our hot food cooled or vice-versa. Also, many things can’t be re-heated. The best example is Schlotskys. If you order from them and can’t get right to lunch, the sandwich is very soggy. Thank you

    Convenient but no quality control

    I understand no delivery food app has someone in charge of quality control at restaurants, but somehow, I have the worst luck with this one. Both times I’ve used their delivery service, I’ve been given subpar food. Half a salad missing. Cold Mac n cheese. Today it was a sad sandwich from Newk’s. I had bites where it was just bread, even when I spread out the sparse ingredients. Today it was delivered half an hour early (11am) so at least my soup was warm—looking at all these complaints from others about cold food, there’s the issue: Restaurants make it way too early and deliver it at the later specified time. There’s gotta be a way to communicate the participating restaurants that the food being sent through the app is subpar and customers are not satisfied. ending on a good note: I have had no issue working the app itself.

    I enjoy Foodsby and the fact I have the ability to choose my food at the beginning of each week. It’s easy and convenient for the work place ! Especially for busy days when working through lunch is needed ! I don’t have to leave my building and deal with traffic or losing my parking spot !! What’s not to love ❤️

    This service supports a 10 floor office building with very few choices of restaurants close by. It is my “go to” for lunch every day. I don’t always order 4-5 days a week because the options don’t always suit my palate. Rarely do I order a sandwich, 9 times out of 10 I will get a salad. They change the vendors not only daily but rotate them so it isn’t the same ones on the same day of every week. It’s great for those of us who don’t want to leave & fight the lunch crowd.

    Best Lunch App!!

    My work uses Foodsby and it is amazing! They bring it right to our office building and it never disappoints. I’ve only had one issue (at the restaurant’s fault) and Foodsby customer care responded to my email extremely fast and made sure everything was taken care of. I use this service all the time and highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Updating credit card information needs help

    On the app you can't edit your credit card information or add another card in the settings. The app only allows you to remove a card and then add a new one via the checkout page. It would help to add a way to edit or add a card from the card management page. (You also can't add a new card on the website because there's no submit button on the form)

    Not all its cracked up to be

    Initially this seemed like a great idea. But there are so many issues. Food is never warm when it arrives. The cutoff times and delivery times are way to early. Who wants to eat lunch before 12pm everyday. The menu items are different from the items if you ordered directly from the restaurant. Also the prices are more expensive. To be quite honest I’m disappointed. I expected better from this service. I definitely think order and delivery times need to be adjusted. And they have to figure out a way to keep the food hot when it is delivered.

    So easy!!

    I have always been skeptical about ordering food through apps but this service is always so easy and convenient! When I don’t want to leave the office I order ahead and just walk down the stairs to grab my food when I receive a notification.
