- Mouse and trackpad support does not work well, especially when watching videos on iPad

- Experience can be improved for iPad, especially when using a mouse and trackpad

- No email confirmation received when trying to access forums

- Developer makes empty promises of updates and revisions

- App has not been updated since 2018

- Cannot import SSH keys as the app is sandboxed and cannot access iPad's file system

- Instructions on their website to use iTunes do not work for Catalina or Big Sur.

To resolve NoMachine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the NoMachine App
1. On android, goto Settings » NoMachine » click [Force Stop]

Clear NoMachine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NoMachine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NoMachine.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NoMachine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NoMachine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NoMachine
