Burger 21 Patty Perks Reviews

Lakeland store has self ordering, didn’t get the chance to scan the barcode and I’m not able to add my receipt in Burger21PattyPerks . Plus we still had to wait in the line to get our cup.

I absolutely HATE how rewards are now. Ever since Burger21PattyPerks update every time I visit I NEVER received my points. There’s no barcode to scan and it’s now done by using your phone number. When the cashier enters my number my name appears in the screen BUT NO REWARD POINTS ARE GIVEN. So every time I have to email customer service.

They no longer have their specials. I couldn’t use my phone to get credit because she told me it was too late after I ordered and she couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t take any of my nicknames! I was finished with my burger 10 minutes before my friend got her tenders (that were not the same tenders).

Burger21PattyPerks is no longer allowing us to add or remove condiments, like adding ketchup or mustard on a hotdog. Fix it please. And your rating will go up. And yes I tried using your app support. But it’s of no use when you have too much built into your support center. And it’s NOT app specific.

Newest update somewhat improves upon the user interface, but at the cost of Burger21PattyPerks no longer thinking that my address is a valid address. I cannot place a delivery anymore because Burger21PattyPerks claims my address does not exist, despite me ordering multiple times to the same address in previous iterations of Burger21PattyPerks . Also, there a couple of allergies that need to be let known in the notes of ordering items, but in the newest version there is a smaller character limit to write a note, meaning I must exclude some information.

I’ll update review when I can actually place an order.

When you order and pay using app it does not record your Patty Perks points or allow you to redeem reward points toward your order! Huge pain! Even though I have your app I have to order in store if I want my points or went to redeem my $10 rewards

I like the food at Burger 21 but they need to fire their app developer. From using outdated password rules, to blocking copy and paste for credit card info Burger21PattyPerks is simply too frustrating to use. It took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order. Email reset password took 5 minutes and then when I did finally get in my order was gone. Get a better app developer burger 21. Not everyone will be as patient as I was.

Somehow you have my phone number - which would make it easy for me to sign in - but instead I have to use an email address??? And I’m not sure what email address is associated with that phone number in your system, so now I’ve just wasted all that time trying to figure out that email that at this point it was faster to delete Burger21PattyPerks and try ordering somewhere else.

Please bring back the old app. The new update does not work well at all. I had to reset my password to log in, all my old orders are gone, patty perks are gone, ordering is miserable. What happened??

I cannot order using Burger21PattyPerks . My local store doesn’t show up. Using Burger21PattyPerks to get rewards is not intuitive either. Needs improvement.

I’ve used Burger21PattyPerks over the past few years and it worked wonderfully. However, the most recent update does not recognize any address I enter. If I select order for pickup, that still works fine. Once the address/delivery issue is fixed, I will update my review.

App is very insistent at setup that you link a bank account/credit card... but works fine and unobtrusively without one. But hey, rewards points for something my family want to do every 3-4 weeks anyways!

Menu format is somewhat annoying, but a solid app others.

Only gripe is Apple Pay is needed. I don’t like to save any cards on these apps due to Burger21PattyPerks ’s requirement to have an account in order to create an online order. Allowing for Apple Pay can eliminate the risk of someone accessing your personal credit/debit card in case if an account gets hacked.

Older version had a slightly more intuitive design. But, gets the job done with being able to order ahead, remember past orders so I can reorder the same thing, & redeem points for order discount. It’s not bad but also not great either. I just wish app developers would leave well enough alone & prioritize usability (a lost art these days with web designers designing everything) over making it look “slick”. I need to use it, not hang it on the wall in an art museum.

We live around the corner and love burgers, so it’s natural we found Burger21 in Ballantyne…

But man did it INSTANTLY become the favorite place for my son and I to grab a burger (with a side of 😍CHEESE SAUCE😍, sweet potato fries and a milkshake or two!
The food is AMAZING!

The staff is just as great or better!
10/10 recommend based on how friendly everyone is, but it’s also such an easy place to come eat in or take out, then add Burger21PattyPerks and rewards and you’ll be hooked too!

The Sweet Potato Fries and Black Bean Burger are my Favorites. Everything is great, and the sauces makes your meal special!

But serious....you’ll get a great variety of choices, all the sauces are dope, the fries are straight slappin FIYAAA out of the oven and every time I go, the workers are always friendly as HE-Double Hockey Sticks!

Great burgers at 21. App is useful. Easy to track points and progress.

But I find “removals” in Burger21PattyPerks to be a little awkward
