Newest update somewhat improves upon the user interface, but at the cost of the app no longer thinking that my address is a valid address. I cannot place a delivery anymore because the app claims my address does not exist, despite me ordering multiple times to the same address in previous iterations of the app. Also, there a couple of allergies that need to be let known in the notes of ordering items, but in the newest version there is a smaller character limit to write a note, meaning I must exclude some information.

I’ll update review when I can actually place an order.

I like the food at Burger 21 but they need to fire their app developer. From using outdated password rules, to blocking copy and paste for credit card info this app is simply too frustrating to use. It took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order. Email reset password took 5 minutes and then when I did finally get in my order was gone. Get a better app developer burger 21. Not everyone will be as patient as I was.

Somehow you have my phone number - which would make it easy for me to sign in - but instead I have to use an email address??? And I’m not sure what email address is associated with that phone number in your system, so now I’ve just wasted all that time trying to figure out that email that at this point it was faster to delete the app and try ordering somewhere else.
