On a tablet it would work better but on my iPhone SE it is to zoomed in

Learning about fire safety in a fun & educational way
In SparkyTheCaseoftheMissingSmokeAlarms the goal is to help Sparky the Fire Dog ® and his pals solve a mystery. Strange things are happening at Aunt Dottie’s house and it is up to the child to solve it! By doing this, the target audience (children aged 6-8) learn about many important key fire safety lessons that are beneficial to everyday life.
Firstly, the child can select to read the story or play the game. By reading the story the user learns about crucial aspects of fire safety such as the significance of smoke alarms and what to do when the smoke alarm sounds. This is done through the inclusion of guided questions that encourage the child and the parents to discuss the story. Additionally there’s an enthusiastic narration that comes with each page to improve literacy and comprehension skills. However the read-to-myself mode allows the user to read by themselves- this challenges emerging and strong readers alike.

Play the interactive game & solve math problems to progress
The user can also play the interactive game and this is an enjoyable break from the reading. In order to progress, it is important to collect batteries (to power up) and smoke alarms. This is followed by a math problem (which includes addition, subtraction, multiplication etc.) which needs to be solved to move onto the next level.

It provides a story that teaches children about fire alarms and fire safety, and it provides a text for children to read along with the story. The only improvement that I would suggest for that is to break down the text and make the text larger so it's easier to read. But the graphics are good and cute! The game is also fun because it's stimulating and addicting! Definitely love SparkyTheCaseoftheMissingSmokeAlarms for children!

Not only do you get two things in one with a cute book and a cute game but in between the levels the kids also need to answer math questions to proceed so you don't have to worry about them wasting their brains. It's a really cute game that is simple enough for the small ones. This is a must have such a great app.

Downloaded this game for my little ones and they have had a blast with the interactive story line. They have learned some great fire prevention techniques and often quiz us on fire safety. This is a great story and also a great game for the little ones. The book is cute and teaches safety but on top of that you get a cute game with math problems in between levels. This is a great game for the little ones and you should download it because they will love it and love you for it too :)

SparkyTheCaseoftheMissingSmokeAlarms contains story part and game part. On the story page, I can go through plenty of pages to know the smoke missing story. In the game scenario I could jump to add power and collect smokes to level high. Recommended for kids and parents.

This is a superb app for kids to learn about fire safety and when they play it they don't even realize they are learning because they are having so much fun. I esp love that it incorporates live action video for real life experience.

This is a great kids app! My 6 year old loves it. The story is really cool because it reads to you, but it's also interactive and you have to find things along the way. The game is a lot of fun too.

I will start off by saying that as a parent I love this game. My child gets to have fun and play this game, but also gets to learn some math at the end to move on to the next level. It entertains and teaches.

While listening to my 3 year old play with SparkyTheCaseoftheMissingSmokeAlarms the song kept having the f word go off. Careful what you let your kids play with. Deleting SparkyTheCaseoftheMissingSmokeAlarms now.

Great learning game. Fire prevention is very important for kids to learn and this really helps and teach how to be safe. Fun graphics and sounds.

Fun: my 4 year old really loved playing the smoke detector game, though I did the math at the end of each level :)
