Fail from the start

2024-12-23

I really dislike apps that require you to register *before* you even get a chance to try it. Fine, disable saving images or put a watermark on it if you really need the customer to register. But forcing people into registration in such a way like you do is not ok in my book. I was really looking forward to trying it, but I’ll be uninstalling it as soon as I post this feedback.

Too slow to work

2024-12-23

The capturing of 3D photos used to be easier and the results used to be centered. Now the frame rate drops too low while taking a 3D photo to make a good result. Also the rendering process yields a 'shakier' result than it used to.

This unfortunately one of the cases where the updated app has become worse rather than better😢

Completely useless after iOS12

2024-12-23

Awesome app I would've given it 5 stars some other time but unfortunately, after I updated to iOS12 is completely useless. After you shoot your video Fyuse doesn't render as it should and instead it renders in a square format, cutting out the top and bottom parts of the video. Fyuse IS IN URGENT NEED OF AN UPDATE. After an update I will give it 5 stars.

Love the app but wish it wouldn't crash on me.

2024-12-23

Fyuse is great, except for when I goto my profile, Fyuse crashes instantly....been like this for about the last few updates as far as I remember. IPhone 7 problem I guess?—sent email to developer several weeks ago and unless I just missed the email , I never got a reply.
Guess going to my profile and doing ANYTHING at all to any this app except the current one you just took isn’t important enough for it to be an issue.
Or it’s just not a big enough deal for longtime users to be able to use Fyuse in any kind of useful way for them to reply to us normal people who have issues. Or who knows ,it may just not be a priority for the ever-growing ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, SUPER HOLOGRAPHIC REALITY NANO QUANTUM DOT MATRIX BUBBLEJET HITLERBOT for it to waste resources on a silly issue a human is having with its free app that steals your soul without any app consent forms or any other kind of sexual prophylactics being dispensed before penetrating the hippocampus of fat girls in catholic boarding school of auto replying web bots that at least send a instant email back whenever a user has an issue with being probed in this manner of factual sexual inferences while trying to wake the pot smoking hacker bots who are on trial for the unethical stain left on the screen of lewinskybots motherboardom

Good but not ready

2024-12-23

I’m just +1-ing other reviews here, but here goes:
PROS
Awesome and fun technology. Once I thought about it I realized it’s nothing extremely complex, just very clever, and potential he super useful if some of the cons were addressed.
CONS
It’s hard. For something that supposed to be fun and easy, it errors out a lot and you have to start over many times. Getting the hang of it is pretty frustrating.
Also requiring you to sign up and post your pictures on their website is sketchy and seems unnecessary. Mobile apps in general go way, way overboard with their social media features, and this one is no exception. Developers: we just want to have fun taking 3-D images with your app, we don’t need to turn it into a big social media hoo ha.

Its nifty, but its a slight of hand trick

2024-12-23

All Fyuse does is take a short video. Once done, it uses the phones accelerometer to move the frames forward or rewind. Not a bad thing by all means, but its not true 3d. It still is useful, fun and easy to use. Would be nice though if when you reach the end (or beginning) that the first and last clip meet so you can have a real 360 spin.

Good but ..

2024-12-23

You can take awesome 360 pics, but they stay within Fyuse , of u want to share them to insta or messenger it converts it to video and the option “you rotate your phone->pic is moving, don’t rotate->nothing happens” just disappears
Question to developers: will it be possible in the future to save this effect if you want to share it in another app or it depends on app?

Not compatible

2024-12-23

I thought this would be a good app to try to take cool 3D pictures and it is but I’m not able to share it to Facebook through my iPhone XR. Then i tried to export the mini video to my photos and it didn’t look cool like on Fyuse so basically I couldn’t enjoy Fyuse like i wanted to.

Searching for friends

2024-12-23

Its really hard to find my friends on this app when they join them it always no results and it doesnt work unless we connect it to facebook or twitter.

Awesomepsem

2024-12-23

Its is so much fun taking pictures with Fuse. And the added option to share with iMessage and so forth now make it so much easier to share. I am still have difficulties understanding the options of taking the Images but regardless I do take my photos and I love them. Ooo the program is a bit heavy for my phone so when I use it is a bit slow. Still I don't regret having it and I love using it.

Found it

2024-12-23

Turns out, you can save them. It’s just reallly buried. You have to select the robot, find the image you want to save, then press the rectangle/arrow icon.

Now I’m happy!

OLD*** Fyuse could be amazing if I could just save to my photos or files. It’s better than it was when I first downloaded it and everything went public and to their server, but I really want to to post if and when I want to not immediately and not on some cloud. I also don’t like forced login. I don’t want an account because I want to control when and where my photos are published.

Fix this and I’ll re-rate with 5 stars.

It's a great concept..

2024-12-23

The only thing about it that stinks is you can only send and post writhing Fyuse , versus sending these awesome 3D pics and videos in iMessage. But it is really, really cool! I love how titling opens a whole new way to view pictures! It's like Pinterest, but a 3D version. 👍

How Fyuse is

2024-12-23

This is a great app! Many people have posted 360 degree videos of their life! Don’t be a shame about it 😜! I also used it at NJ and it was great! I have a gallery but I don’t know how to put videos in it 😬. And for our ending I would say bye so BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See y’all soon!

Suggestion for developers

2024-12-23

I really like Fyuse but what if you made it so you can use the VR goggles with it. So like, the user can go in to settings and turn on VR goggles mode. Love Fyuse just thought this might make it more popular 🤗😋😀🙂

It's like a secret society...

2024-12-23

It's social media for people who understand what social media was meant to be. Inspiring. If you're tired of seeing your friends mashed french toast on your news feed, this is the place to be.
