I had a whole lot of albums, been storing pictures on FileGuard for years I even have a premium account. I switched phones uploaded all my apps to the new one and this one was stuck on loading for days. I cancelled download, installed again and out of 3k pictures there’s only 56. I tried emailing them it’s been more than a month and no response whatsoever. I need my pictures back as there was pictures of my father that I lost to cancer that I trusted your app with.

I’ve had FileGuard for years, since it was named Secret Photo Calculator, then I got a new phone and they failed to update app to work with the new iOS. Everything was inaccessible. I emailed the developer and they DID NOT respond. Years later FileGuard has been updated and renamed. My photos are still gone. I emailed developer again…. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. Now I’m just very angry that a company can offer a service, but fail it’s customers like this.

What's the point. I got FileGuard so that I can hide private photos/videos/files behind an app that looks like my calculator. That makes it easy to hide. No one checks the calculator app. What the hell is the point of having this if it looks nothing like my calculator app?? Might as well leave my photos anywhere else. Change the icon back! So dumb.

It’s not working with iOS 14.6 … as a paying subscriber this should not be happening. Please update FileGuard ! Or tell me how I can get my files back. I’ve been using FileGuard for years without issue until now. Thank you.

I have used FileGuard for years. I pay for premium and with my new phone I cannot get into FileGuard . I have tried in the past to email support to update my email and get no reply. Are you planning to update FileGuard ? And make account changes possible?

Everything has been great so far. It would be SOOOOO much better if you could mass select and export multiple items at the same time and save them to your phone!! It's so annoying and a bit time consuming to export only one at a time. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!!!!!

They finally updated FileGuard and I can now see my photos again. However I want to save them to another platform to prevent this from happening again. FileGuard really needs a mass export option.

You guys really should update FileGuard soon, it’s been 2 years!!! After I updated my phone everything stopped working I can’t even view the videos that I save anymore. Please update this soon, there’s people who use FileGuard a lot.

I personally liked FileGuard at first it was amazing but then after I had to update FileGuard I guess it started having bugs because I’ve lost so many files that I uploaded pictures and videos that I can’t seem to get back. Also before it let me play my videos in FileGuard but now my videos will not play at all after I upload them I wouldn’t suggest anyone to upload calculator+

Just updated my phone and FileGuard is not compatible, have lots of pictures on there that I like to retrieve.

Had alot of old photos and videos i thought was gone thank you for fixing everything and savi ng FileGuard

The reason I love FileGuard so much is that it's discreet. You can set up fake passwords to hide your actual stored pictures and videos. There are break-in reports so you can see who was trying to access FileGuard . AND the calculator actually works!

This is very clever, nobody even knows it's there. I hope that don't change because I didn't buy any of the fancy things with it. I like it so far I hope it keeps doing it's job.

App no longer lets me open it, says developer needs to update to work on this version of IOS. I cannot access all my saved files.

Plz update your app its been working fine for over a year and now on the recent update it has stopped working. So ot would be much appreciated if you could update FileGuard !

With the most recent IOS update my app will not open until the developer updates FileGuard . I have been using FileGuard for 7+ years and if FileGuard is no longer in use I just please need to export my photos/videos. PLEASE HELP!!!

I had FileGuard last year for a year subscription I accidently deleted FileGuard from my phone now I'm not able to get all my pics and videos. Is there way or customer service.

The apps really good and it has everything I need. I love to hold videos in their that I don’t the fam to see. Unfortunately, their is one thing bad about FileGuard. Once a month you have to delete it because if u don’t, you have to pay like $2.99. So that is the only thing that is bad about it. So I think it’s five stars and you should too.

HELP!!! I have Calculator+ Version 2.0 on my IPhone 7 and it was working fine. I upgraded my operating software to iOS 11.1.1 and the Calculator+ APP Version 2.0 will not open. It states developer must update APP to work with iOS 11.1.1. I just purchased Calculator+ Version 2.7 and FileGuard opens but I still can’t find my pics. I have both Calculator+ versions still loaded on my phone. HELP!!!!

I have photos that I need on FileGuard and it says the developer needs to update FileGuard . I got a new iPhone and now I can’t access my photos.
