I have been trying to cancel upfaith and family for some time. When i go and try, there is no easy way to cancel. I no longer have the app, and am still being charged. I was being charged twice. By Google, and by upfaith. I have been trying to find a contact number, but can never seem to find one. I canceled this subscription a long time ago and you charged me again last year and I had to get my money back and it was charged again today, another year later. I’m going to the bank tomorrow to dispute but it’s terrible that a business that advertises as “Christian” has such terrible service that you have to cancel it and then two years in a row after the cancellation, you continue to attempt to steal money. You have no contact number to be reached and you are as far from a reputable and Christian business as you could possibly be. Completely disgusting!!

I’ve been disgusted with UpFaithandFamily ever since I first subscribed a year ago. First irritation was on Bringing Up Bates, after I paid $53.99 for a year I found out they didn’t have season 9….but they kept saying they had 8 seasons! Well, I’ve seen them all!! I had to wait 8 months to see season 9. I (later figured out it was because they gave an exclusive to Xfinity.) So I promptly unsubscribed so I wouldn’t be charged for another year. Well today I just got charged $53.99 again and I can’t find a phone number to call them! This is extremely bad accounting management! Tomorrow I am calling my bank to dispute the charge….and to the people managing the accounting for this channel GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!! And at least provide a phone number for customers to call. Hiding behind email and messaging doesn’t cut it! This channel is not worth the trouble, I don’t care what they have in their programming!!

we have signed up for the 14 day free trial on Feb 6 2922. AS of today Feb 9th I have not been able to find an app for our visio tv. I do not wish to be in a position where I have to watch it on my pc monitor. Please respond to my request or I will have no other choice then to cancel my sign up. Signed up for your app on one television went to watch it on the other television works just fine went to my banking app and you guys have charged me a dollar twice. Signed up to watch Heartland ,Season 14 . According to Google there are 10 episodes. Only 5 episodes are available on UpFaith & Family . How do I access the other 5 episodes ? Please respond. So many of the comments about your customer service are very negative about your responsiveness. Is there a phone number I could call to talk to a live person. Also I think I signed up twice ; once on my iPhone & once on my Amazon Prime . I’ve been watching on my Amazon Prime account. I don’t need both & don’t want to be charged for both .

Terrible service!

I am a new subscriber, and this is not about the content on the service as I like everything I’ve watched so far. But their customer service is terrible! I sent in a clear cut problem over a week ago and they have done nothing! The problem is with an episode of a show repeating and one episode is missing. Simple fix right? I told them the show, season, and episodes that were messed up. They wrote me back one, four days after I contacted them, they said they needed more info about my account. I gave them the info, then nothing. They wrote to me on Monday night, and I got back to them on Tuesday morning... the first time I wrote to them was on the third, and today is the 12 almost 10 days later! I’m keeping my eye on the show and just checked before writing this review and the problem has not been fixed. At this point I cannot recommend Up Faith & Family to anyone, and if asked I definitely would steer them clear.

Worst App Ever!!!!

I have been paying for 5 months for this APP...every time I try to watch a movie 2 things happen. I ALWAYS have to log in, and NOTHING PLAYS!!!!!!! I click the play button and NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! Every time!!! Of course there is no one to call!!! Of course it’s late at night and I’m in no mood to chase someone down to get an answer, and of course I forget all about it until a week or two later when I am reminded by an ad to watch something...AND IT HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!!! Of course I want my $$$$$ back...but I really would have preferred to enjoy what seems to be decent entertainment...but I will really never know...will I⁉️😡🥺🤯 Update - my review never posted. Hmmmmm I wonder why???I have a 3 minute screen recording to show what I am talking about if anyone cares to help me...

Review of Faith and Family

My problem with this app is that there are lots of movies that have nothing to do with “faith”. In fact, some movies promote drinking alcohol ( and one movie mentioned being drunk), and things I, personally, would not consider “Christian “. The reason I first got interested in this app, was because there was a movie that involved an Amish story. I thought the movie would be a good one, because why would anyone add bad to an “Amish “ story? It turned out to be a decent movie. I mainly use the app every so often, just to relax, since a lot of stories end well! But there are some disturbing features to some of the films. Maybe the name of the app should be changed, not all films are good for faith nor the family.
