I may have been charged twice for this transaction. Is there any way to confirm this? I never saw the $494.40 of Sept 5th (which was cancelled) transfered back into my account, Thank you. Horrible lost my money

I sent 500$ to a person I was contracting to do work. As I was filling out the information I made sure to click did not receive product yet just in case I was getting scammed. Turns out I was getting scammed and did not want to do business with him anymore. I canceled with him and contacted payoneer to get a refund. After 4-5 weeks of waiting they emailed me back and said we can not offer you a refund the client said he provided the product for you. Payoneer did not ask for proof of anything I still have the messages with him telling me to send him more money and my response to him saying I do not want to work and to cancel the payment. Do not use Payoneer for your payment service. It does not make sense how I checked did not receive product to make sure I can not get scammed and then my money disappears without receiving any product in return. Horrible service

Worst experience ever

My account was blocked for no apparent reason without any notification or explanation. Support is slow and mostly unhelpful as they suggest me to simply wait until some special department will review my inquiry and restore the access. It’s been more than a week already, and obviously that can’t tell how long will it take or any specific date. Hire more people maybe so they can deal with the load faster? Or improve your security algorithms that block accounts back and forth for minor things!! Thank you for putting me in so much stress!

Regret using Payoneer

I order some products from China related to Christmas i made the payment via Payoneer to my supplier bit that payment went in th processing tab for 4 days i tried to call Payoneer customer agents sent them emails live chat i did everything but didn’t receive any response and my supplier didn’t receive the payment for 4 days so it’s destroyed my whole upcoming Christmas event i uninstalled it right after that. Now I regret using Payoneer whenever i came to remember that what happened to me because of using that payment method
