Using Nobex on iPhone. App just crashes when I try to start it. Have swiped away to shut it down. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no success.

How to fix Nobex Radio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nobex Radio app on iPhone
Update Nobex Radio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nobex Radio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nobex Radio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nobex Radio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nobex Radio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nobex Radio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nobex Radio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nobex Radio » click [Force Stop]

Update Nobex Radio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nobex Radio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nobex Radio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nobex Radio.

Fix Nobex Radio unable to contact server/ Nobex Radio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nobex Radio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nobex Radio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nobex Radio
