i can not use my app.

Have send 200 and the money has not received, please respond

I was sent money through sendwave since last week Friday and I didn't receive the message containing the voucher code and password but my sender was asked to remind me of picking my money before the end of today but I'm still in the bank but my transaction cannot be completed cos I don't have the password,what should I do?

I actually don't know what's going on with wave send money. Since in the afternoon, I was send money to my sister who's on sick bed to purchase drugs transfer didn't go through because no access to wave. Pls could you do something about it asap.

I am really really angry and even more frustrated about all the negative things said about send Wave which is 100% true I send 300 pounds to my sister Gloria in on 9th April 2021 up till now the money has not been delivered and they said should contact my bank with a screen shot they send me I took it to the bank the bank said there's nothing they can do about it .I contact them again and they said they will get back to me then the person hang up the phone so I'm asking why are you guys treating customers every one is saying bad things about send Wave if you can't deliver the funds put it back immediately into one s account please put my 300 pounds into my account before I report to Ofcom
