Suddenly after 20+ days I am no longer able to get the free daily rewards. Getting a pop up that states to get free rewards I must refer at least 1 friend once every 7 days. No where at any point in time did it ever mention that this would happen. Never was I warned this block would come up. From the App Store description, which talks about free daily rewards, to the app talking about the free daily reward question. It never once mentions the need to invite people. 100% a scam at this point. To use a financial service you don’t have to refer anyone. It’s a way for them to scam more people. Will be removing myself from this app and discouraging people from ever joining. Biggest waist of time and money.

I bought $50 of ustd sent from Coinbase as a test to see if everything works. It’s been 2 days and the funds have not been added to my account. I’ve gotten no response from emailing them. No support for the app. Can’t login with my password, have to use my phone number. The app says my email doesn’t exist, the one I used to set up the app, because I never deleted the first message from the hi app. There’s no way to reset the password. I’ll give them a couple days before I announce them as a scam on stock up 42 on YT to see if I get a response.

The worse contact and mail back to verify the detail information. All of my paperwork are legit, other application are accept mine document verification while this one denied and even the customer service response back not even different than the robot response. I will delete this app and not even recommend to use this app if the customer service not improve.
