I spent forever trying to piece together several clips, split, cut, add music, etc. After finally being just about finished and happy with the product, everything went black to where I can’t see any of the videos. Also, there is no export to try to see if the finished product would save correctly. I’ve restarted VideoEditor , the phone, and tried to duplicate the video to see if it would work correctly. That one is blacked out too. Just a complete let down and a waste of valuable time and money.

Paid for VideoEditor ($3) so that there wouldn't be a watermark on my video since the free version has a distracting and rather large watermark. There's no way to upgrade from the free version to the paid version, unless you delete the free version and then reload it. Haven't tried the paid version yet, since you have to review before actually trying it. Update: Paid version worked great on my iPhone until I upgraded my OS. Now it no longer works (so I deleted it and reinstalled). I’m now back to the free version with the clunky logo. 😡 Doesn’t remember that I already paid for it. Frustrating!

FREE TRIAL IS “NULL”.
Dear developer: Don’t put in the description 3 day free trial for monthly subscription selection, then not allow user to pick it as an option. Developer needs to Unlock a few of the features so user can sample before purchasing app at full cost or perhaps (and this is a superbly grand idea) actually offer a FREE TRIAL LIKE THE DESCRIPTION SAYS. This could be a great app but since I can’t export with any of the glitch features, and verify export quality ... and again no free trail, I’m not willing to purchase if developer is going to be deceitful about free trial offer

I thought I would be able to do a lot more editing on my videos, so I am very disappointed in the limited number of things that I can do with VideoEditor. I am also disappointed in the length of the videos allowed. There should be an adjustment where you choose the length of videos that you are going to make. I wanted to be able to adjust the video the way I can adjust or edit a picture. I want to adjust exposure, contrast, saturation, dehaze, sharpen, adjust color temperature etc.

It’s the best editor on VideoEditor Store and allows you to use the audio from your own videos as music, but videos don’t format correctly and the cropping tool usually turns whatever video you’re editing into a black screen. It’s been like that for years, I’m not sure it’ll ever be fixed but it’s an otherwise great app. Reviewing it from an iPhone 11

This was my original review... Then, the program updated and I got stuck with an awful watermark. I went through VideoEditor and did NOT find a way to turn it off. Not happy!

Deleted it and reinstalled it... several times. I’m back to enjoying it, but hate the idea of it being updated, although parts could use some work.

I like VideoEditor. It's fun to put videos together with music. Some things should be made easier though. It would be nice if it let you start the music in your video when you wanted to at certain part in the song that you liked, not just from the beginning of the song. Certain lyrics go with certain parts of your videos. Please make that feature happen! That would make VideoEditor so much better & more fun!

The Video Editor is not bad at all, the only thing I don’t like is when the video loads to your phone and my screen turns off (screen saver) I would have to re start the whole phone, because there is no access to VideoEditor (black out). Same thing happens when the second time I try to access VideoEditor after 1 min of opening it I have to re-start the whole phone again which is strange and annoying..!

I absolutely love VideoEditor! It’s one of the only two apps I use to edit! But I hate the fact that you have to pay for stuff inside VideoEditor . Not only that but stuff that should be unlocked for me isn’t! But other then that I would totally get it if I were you! (P.S. it’s a bit confusing but you’ll get used to it! Great beginner editing app!)

I'm still learning it, but I mainly use it to do my voiceovers. I'm a Youtuber and I pride myself on good quality videos and content. I use my iPad mini to record, MoviePro and Youtuber creators studio to edit. So VideoEditor comes in handy and works very well WITH my other editing apps! I would've gave it 5 stars if it was able to SPOED UP frames! But No crashes yet either. Thanks for a great app guys!

I've been using VideoEditor for like a week or so and it's a pretty good app it's just it takes forever to load him a three minute video and it should say for some of the things it's a membership item because somethings you can't use because you don't have a membership but otherwise it's good

This was my favorite app. Whenever I wanted to lighten a dark video or bring attention to a specific area, VideoEditor had it all. I relied on VideoEditor for almost all my video editing. Sure, I would further enhance my videos with other apps but not without first starting out with this one as the first edit is always the most important. The filters are amazing and there is one feature I cannot find in any other app which allows me to slightly sharpen /illuminate a human face or bring more detail to a human body. No other app comes close. Apple’s preloaded editing software does a good job too, but if I want to edit a video with gorgeous detail and illustration , this would be my fav.
I cannot use VideoEditor after updating the most recent iOS It crashes upon opening. Can you find out why? I have the new iPhone SE 2020 and recently installed the regular update. Thanks !

You can easily figure VideoEditor out (or I could I’m only half way tech savvy😜). You can add pics and videos, and move them around in what order you like. Make a slideshow with different ways they change into one another (like pic by pic). You can use your own music and even make it so the video will play sound or put your own sound to the video/pic with a mute option. It's really simple. Can add text to any part of it (and move it around if you need to-eh hem). You choose how long each piece of text or music you add will display or play for. Very nice app for making your own slideshow/video, and free!. I pieced together using 3 minute clips- a 30min video, and had text commentary throughout.
I do wish it would allow VideoEditor to run in the background while it’s exporting, however 😕 (hint?hint?)

VideoEditor is great! I got it today to put together videos for a craft. I put together 19 videos and it’s great! The only thing that I don’t like is that there isn’t any help button so I don’t know how to save the videos to my photo album. If anyone could respond to this and tell me how that would be great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

VideoEditor is awesome!! It has so many things and gadgets!! It took me awhile to figure it out of course but, this is AMAZING! I was trying to find something to edit with and all of the ones I tried were crap, but this one is not its A DIAMOND!! I definitely recommend VideoEditor for you if you want to edit pictures videos anything!! That is why I gave this 5 stars!! I hope you enjoy/ enjoyed VideoEditor as much as I did!!

I love VideoEditor I paid the purchase price to unlock all the features. I don’t know if it’s that I can’t find the option or if there is not option for fading into the intro scene and fading out of the last seen. Also with music fade in/out. If it is not an option that would be a great feature to add to an already great simple easy to use app. Also an option for a full screened format choice. With no black boarder would be nice. Keep up the great work techs !!

The cropping tool freezes when you try to crop, and it takes several minutes to get that task done; very frustrating. On the iPad at least, you cannot leave VideoEditor and return to it without VideoEditor being completely disabled and unusable. You have to completely turn off and re-start your iPad. What the hell is that??? It is also very difficult to edit added soundtrack via your iTunes library.

So far I love VideoEditor! I paid for VideoEditor you have to pay to get certain filters, slo mo/ speed up, and reverse from what I remember. If you have the free version you'd have basic filters and basic edits. I feel it's worth it for the pay. I've been traveling lately and making cool videos for memories. So far everything loads and works smoothly. When you learn how to work it it's very fun, addicting, and easy to work. If I encounter any problems I will update. But this is my personal favorite for video editing.

I love this great and powerful video editing app for iphone. It’s easy to use and with the premium version there’s some great features like speed control, text titles, transitions, and more.

Request for the developer - I would like to be able to edit the transitions, in particular the speed/duration of the transitions. When stringing multiple videos together I usually use a transition to swap from scene to scene but some of them are too fast and you barely notice them. Allow editing the same way you do for text titles duration.

It really is good but I just want to ask some questions, can you make layer that can make the photos stack on each other and can move on each other? Next question is, can you reduce the lowest amount of screen time to 1 second please? Last question, can you add more ways to get to the next scene?

But like I said before they are just question, so you don't have to do them.
