2 years agoHi Im the person who gave your app a sparkling and very convincing review ! I recommended it as having “ the perfect filter for human skin as it pertains to lighting “. Anyway, I’m still convinced this is a great app but lately I have been unable to open it. Like at all. I tried to contact apple and they wanted me to contact you ( through Facebook messagener )and also to delete the app and then reinstall. Well, for the last 6 mos or so I have been doing just that. I will redownload it and when I try to open it it flickers and then crashes and nothing happens. I’ve gotten a new iPhone and the same prob exists. I tried to download it on yet another iPhone and the problem continues to persist. Is there any way you can help me with this issue ? Any feedback would be great. Thanks!

Waste of Time
I spent forever trying to piece together several clips, split, cut, add music, etc. After finally being just about finished and happy with the product, everything went black to where I can’t see any of the videos. Also, there is no export to try to see if the finished product would save correctly. I’ve restarted the app, the phone, and tried to duplicate the video to see if it would work correctly. That one is blacked out too. Just a complete let down and a waste of valuable time and money.

So far, so good...sort of.
Paid for the app ($3) so that there wouldn't be a watermark on my video since the free version has a distracting and rather large watermark. There's no way to upgrade from the free version to the paid version, unless you delete the free version and then reload it. Haven't tried the paid version yet, since you have to review before actually trying it. Update: Paid version worked great on my iPhone until I upgraded my OS. Now it no longer works (so I deleted it and reinstalled). I’m now back to the free version with the clunky logo. 😡 Doesn’t remember that I already paid for it. Frustrating!

COULD HAVE BEEN 5 STAR
FREE TRIAL IS “NULL”. Dear developer: Don’t put in the description 3 day free trial for monthly subscription selection, then not allow user to pick it as an option. Developer needs to Unlock a few of the features so user can sample before purchasing app at full cost or perhaps (and this is a superbly grand idea) actually offer a FREE TRIAL LIKE THE DESCRIPTION SAYS. This could be a great app but since I can’t export with any of the glitch features, and verify export quality ... and again no free trail, I’m not willing to purchase if developer is going to be deceitful about free trial offer
