Terrible

Doesn't even work for my iphone

Locks me out every weekend

If i try to use my card on the weekends to go shopping and after i put my password in, it give me a question to answer. When i answer the prompt, even though i know my kids name, my dogs name, and my zip code, CitizensGuarantyBank LOCKS ME OUT until I can get the bank to unlock my account on the next work day! That is ridiculous! Im so over it! It’s embarrassing to have it happen EVERY weekend!!!

Very helpful but can be buggy

I love how handy it is to have CitizensGuarantyBank in order to check accounts or make transfers. But it can be quite buggy. Today I was prompted to change my password as it had expired, which is fine and great for security, however, CitizensGuarantyBank wouldn’t even let me input information to change my password. It was like CitizensGuarantyBank didn’t have a functional text field where the graphics showed there should be one. Simple things like that and the occasional hang up and crash point that it’s not as refined as it could be. If they can make it a little less buggy and glitchy then 5 stars all day.

One Issue

CitizensGuarantyBank is what I want it to be but every few weeks I have to delete CitizensGuarantyBank and re-download because it just kinda stalls. I'll go to open it and it just stays on a white screen and won't load anything

Good app

It's hard to tell the difference between the font colors used by transactions and deposits. Also, it keeps badgering me about "location services." If I'd wanted them enabled, I would have done it myself. Otherwise, good app.
