Cannot get new Launch Stats feature to open on Iphone, it just "spins". On the odd occasion it does open can only enter one data point then App freezes

The app won't open. I Uninstall then reinstall and connect but by the time the round is over, I can't open the app...again. No clue how or if it tracked shots

I am new to Arccos caddie and have just completed the first 90 holes so I can start using the caddie function. Alas the app is constantly freezing and needs to be rebooted. Not what I expected. I have an iPhone 13 with the latest updates. Is there a fix on the way cause this is useless :/

For the past week or so, each time I try to access the Arccos dashboard on my computer, it freezes when I try to load my rounds. I am using Microsoft 365 - Windows 11 and am using Google's search engine. If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate knowing what it is.

am using IOS 15.5 on my iphone XR and the latest Arccos APP 4.11.3. I played golf yesterday and the APP recorded my complete round with no problems using it to get recommended distances etc. When I get home to review my round and make any corrections, The App goes completely inoperative after a few minutes. This occurs in all modes, Start Round, Clubs, Activity and player. Once it quits working, I can swipe up to go back to the home screen. When I select the Arccos app again, it opens but then the app closes all by itself. I have an old Iphone 7 plus running IOS 15.5 as well, but the Arccos app has not been updated and is running version 4.8.1. The problems I am having on my Iphone XR do not happen on the Iphone 7 plus.

My arccos app loads then crashes after briefly displaying course loading. I used it lsst Wednesday so it kyst be the latest update. I am running it on an iphone 11. Willy
