I have loaded the app for a Yl lot camera but the page when opened is just frozen. It does not work. The instructions are too small and almost impossible to read on the those that were enclosed with the camera

Frozen my iPhone 12 Pro max
As of 5/27/2023, my YI IoT is crashed. It will load in my android phone OS 13 to the banner screen, and then freeze. The issue does not resolve. The cameras were unplugged for 24 hours, and then plugged back in. They start up, chime, and return to a standby mode with motion lights on. One of them spins and faces the wall it is mounted on.... I only use the free plan, not the paid one. After reading other comments, I find that I am not the only one. Please repair the app. The cameras are useless without it. Thank you
I'm getting a network problem message when I open your app, ive tried on multiple devices, even deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck. this has been going on for a couple days .

I have a friend who purchased these cameras and the app for android wont even deliver the text messages for alerts to his phone. He constantly has to keep opening the app to check the alerts. the app is crap!

I downloaded the YI lot app and when I open it nothing works.
App freezes when trying to move camera - cameras are stuck in useless position. When app freezes it also freezes the iPhone completely

When u click to add camera, nothing happens
Click the plus sign to add camera, doesn't activate
It keeps telling me that it has the wrong device type failure. I scan the device code that came with the instructions and it goes all the way through to connecting to wifi but then it can't seem to pair up. Then after a couple more minutes it says the wrong device type.
After reading all the emails I believe I wait use yiiot it sounds like shit I have wasted $160 on cameras and then they want me pay $ 120 plus for some thing does not work haft the time.Sorry u people waste of money. They are sealing cameras at haft price you can what you want cameras are good but service is shit!!!

Goedemiddag, Ik heb alles geïnstalleerd en locatie enz goed gezet maar ik kan geen beweging in de app krijgen. Kan geen camera toevoegen er gebeurt niets. Met vriendelijke groet.
When trying to see the video play back when it shows there was motion or human detected I get a message that says video can't be downloaded. I need to see the video so I know who or what is in my backyard. Camera is L850Y been up 3 days
