7 months agoHello I sent an email on September 3, 2023 about reversing the charges for the guitar tuner app. The charge is still on my charge card and I would like it removed and my subscription canceled because I thought it was a free trial. I download the app on August 31, 2023. and noticed on my charge card on September 3 a charge for $54.05. As of today 9/7/23 there is no reversal of this charge and I’ve have no response from my first email. I deleted the app as soon as I saw the charge. Overpriced
I was all about this app when I first got it. I even paid the $2 or $3 (whatever it was) to unlock all of the extra tunings. Now they’ve changed it to $7.49 a week for premium... really? A week?! Come on guys, I understand you’re proud of your app but seriously. That’s too rich for my blood and I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way. Let’s get real, most normal guitar players don’t have disposable income like that. So I one starred it. It works fine but I wouldn’t ever pay that much for something that I could just literally find in a hundred different places on the internet for free.

Great tuner, but inaccessible
I have always loved this app, and have used it for many years, but starting last year it’s literally impossible to use it because as soon as I open the app an add pops up, and I’ve waited for it to finish and so I can exit and use the tuner, but the exit never appears. I’ve tried interacting with the add, and still it won’t go away, rendering the app completely useless, and a waste of time. It’s a shame, I don’t like change but it’s definitely time to delete the app and find a better tuner in the App Store.

If I could give it zero stars I would
It did not work at all. I don’t think it is because I have a nylon guitar though which makes it really frustrating, especially for beginners like my self. I severely recommend not getting it and not spending any money on it because I have also seen bad reviews about the trial. So overall it is complete crap and a complete waste of time. Especially when you have just changed your strings and when they are really out of tune. So basically it is impossible to use. 👿👿👿👿👿
