Subscribed VIP for a while. During the subscription, found there is not too many active users until the day my VIP subscription ends, suddenly, lots of 'new' active users appear. My guess is they hide some active users for VIP on purpose and when VIP subscription ends, when you find more 'new' active users, you have to re-subscribe the VIP service

I purchased the VIP service in May 2019 because they had a promotion of 2 extra months service for free if you purchased 6-month service. So I anticipate the service expired in Jan 2020. However, I was directly billed in Nov 2019, and I contacted the customer service.
