I upload a video but whenever I try to view the video the video starts but only shows the first frame of the video throughout the whole video. Audio works.

I'm so frustrated. I've used this software for years. But now it's being a huge pain. It won't run at all. It made me pay for a "New" version which i did and I'm still having major issues with it. Can anyone explain what's going on ?

I have been using the Videopad editing system for years. All of a sudden, I am finding all kinds of issues - mainly, the videos won't play back and I get an error message when I try to reinstall the software on my laptop. I restarted my computer last night and the video that I had spent hours creating played back one time. I was unable to play it back again even after rebooting my laptop several times. I am a teacher who was hoping to finish the video that I was working on to recognize our retirees. Not happy with Videopad!

I purchased VideoPad Editor and loaded a video file. I have tried loading various audio files including the NCH provided audio. When I try to drag and drop to the audio track nothing happens. When I click on the audio status, it shows duration time all zeros, beginning and end time all zeros. Can't change the time line.

I tried to fix the problem by updating the software, but now it's not loading in most of the pictures!

APP opens, then does not open unless I reboot my PC. I am using a paid version and find this very annoying!
