For 2 years I’ve tried to use MyTaxOffice and can’t because it keeps crashing upon login I truly hope my accountant is not paying you for MyTaxOffice.
I cannot even view my forms as MyTaxOffice crashes every time that it gets to that point; it’s aggravating enough that it takes me about 2 minutes just to sign in.
On my iPhone 13, MyTaxOffice stays frozen at the opening screen (it only shows MyTaxOffice logo and a horizontal bar continuously scrolling from left to right). Please fix this as soon as possible, as tax season is here and clients need to be able to have the option of using mobile app. I will update my rating if this problem is addressed in a timely manner (within a few business days).
Every time I try to upload a document MyTaxOffice close. Really inconvenient, back quality.
First of all MyTaxOffice is very slow secondly the person that did my taxes using MyTaxOffice has messed my life up I now have to pay the irs because of something that they put in under my name I won’t be getting a refund for next two years! MyTaxOffice continuously crashes every time I try to review my taxes! I have delete and redownloaded MyTaxOffice and have even try on another iPhone and it just won’t work!

I really hope this review is seen by the developers. The potential to be useful is there but while using my Apple phone it keep crashing. When I finally got the email page but I’m wasn’t able to move any further because the “save” button isn’t displayed
Why are my clients having a hard time doing the simplest things like logging in? MyTaxOffice crashes constantly and is not user friendly at all. I had a client who has changed her password 3x and still hasn’t been able to log in.
This is one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. Anytime I try to view a document or basically do anything besides stare at the home screen it crashes.
Please fix the crashing issue on MyTaxOffice it doesn’t allow you to log in or review documents, MyTaxOffice pretty much doesn’t work at all it crashes upon entering log in information. Please fix as soon as possible trying to finish my taxes!!!
Absolutely unacceptable for MyTaxOffice not to work like it should. Can’t upload my DL without converting it, so had to email it to myself then save it to my files then upload it only for MyTaxOffice to continuously force close itself. Can’t even sign off on my friken taxes because the sign pad does the same thing and force closes MyTaxOffice . This is a disservice to my tax preparer and to myself. You need to fix this immediately before myself and numerous others reach out to the better business bureau!
It’s clear that this company refuses to listen to valuable feedback that could make this product better. I’ve made complaints to company directly however their only response is that they don’t know if any issues.
When MyTaxOffice is up and running it is good. But you have to delete MyTaxOffice and uploaded it again for it to work.
Unable to create an account because of password validity from iPhone.
When MyTaxOffice is open it's works but once you close it out you have to delete and download again.
After putting in Social Security number in MyTaxOffice , error 122 states try again later. Is there something wrong with MyTaxOffice ? I can’t get my information entered.
This made it so easy to get my documents to my tax prepared and get my taxes completed quickly!
In the years we’ve filed professional taxes this is the only app that has stayed consistent and cohesive with the data.

It took a bit of navigating but MyTaxOffice worked for me. I like how I’m able to go back and see, retrieve, or change my info. I also like how I can see the progress of my return from the tax prep to myself to the irs process. I can upload documents easily here and securely message my tax preparer as well. Very convenient.
