7 months agoI recieved a parking notice for $82 for one hour and 45 minutes. Put in cc information and was told i had a violation because there was an error or number was incorrect on license plate. I can't get in touch with anyone and am very frustrated. 413-219-4447

1 year agoI park at the 45 Dunn street Mississauga on the 7th of May paying for 24 hours when I get back to my truck @ about 11am on the 8 of May I saw a ticket on my truck for $50 I scan the bar code 1:41 for 35$ Pjkeoaround ticket number Zone 6323, this is bull if you don’t know who’s paying for parking you people need a parking machine instead kmt

2 years agohello, I was charged twice for the same period of parking this morning at (meter ID: 218 Dundas). I was charge $20 instead of $10 for the duration 6am-6pm. I enter the parking lot at 07:38. my work finishes at 12noon. I would like a refund please and thank. I have my proof of payment.

2 years agoI was charged twice for the same period of parking yesterday in the Health Sciences parkade at UBC -Zone 5669, meter #105. When notified that my parking was expiring, I chose to extend it for 3 more hours as I was in the emergency department at UBC hospital. I then received another notice asking if I wanted to extend my parking. I then assumed that the previous extension didn’t go through so, not wanting to incur a fine, I renewed it again for the same 3 hours. I would expect you to refund the extra $12.00 payment.

2 years agoI have been charged wrongly, refunded the wrong amount & experienced poor customer service. Still the issue is not resolved & with no contact number it’s frustrating. Won’t be using HONK again.

City tickets and towing
I paid for parking TWICE using this app. I got a ticket from the city. I contacted support and it turns out it was a mistake.. so I ended up getting a 30$ refund. I used the app again in the same parking lot at 560 King Street West.. I got towed for $282 even though I showed the attendant the digital receipt. On his iPad he cannot see any registered payment. Confirmed app is broken and will never use it again!

The worst parking app ever?
Confusing, horrible GUI, unable to select correct date and time (the app changes the parking chosen date and time to whatever it feels). Plainly useless. It is actually remarkable that an app like that exists and that the parking operators work with the creators of this thing.

Other parking apps are better
This app was significantly more difficult to use than other parking apps and charged me for more time than I selected. I attempted to pay for 2-3 hours while going to dinner but the app charged me for 5 hours!! Needless to say, I will not be using lots with this app again
