Can’t do my time, it’s really pissing me off

I use exclusively for entering time. Why can't I code invoices?

Can no longer update company data, making this application completely useless. Hard to deploy a program to multiple departments that does not function for a single user.

I wish the phone would receive TRUE notifications on my iPhone for when I was assigned service orders or outage tickets.

iVUEAppSuite has a lot of potential, but really drops.

Time sheet notifications would be nice too!

Since the update yesterday my app has been crashing nonstop to the point I can’t even use it for my job. Before this update I loved AppSuite, it worked very well.

After opening the compass tile iVUEAppSuite crashes , I have to delete and reinstall iVUEAppSuite almost daily.

Last update caused our mapping sub layers to stop working.
Please fix it.

Could use more improvements

As an installer..... It would be great if there was a start button, so w don’t accidentally add equipment and or services to the wrong account. IE, get to your install and press start job. You would only be able to ad equipment and services to said job. Industry standard really...

I am a GIS Admin and Staking Engineer for a Coop. Have been very pleased with the continued integration of iVUEAppSuite. We use for all field employees to key time, mobile maps (both live and offline TPK files), inspections, and now DocVault integration. I had our annual pole testing done this year with iVUEAppSuite and it worked seamlessly. Imported all dated with a few clicks, from AppSuite into Mapwise. Then also had the inspectors take a pic of every structure and it uploads to DocVault for later viewing from both iVUEAppSuite and mapwise. I also have uploaded drone inspection data, so the field personnel can view from AppSuite. Very nice and great support from NISC.

I'm a lineman at a TN coop. iVUEAppSuite is very useful in the field. It has great maps and costumer info on the go. Very handy for outage management. Great job guys and please keep listening to the users and making improvements

The lack of notifications takes what could be a decent app and makes it border unusable. We have asked many, many times to get true in-app notifications, but NISC is confused and doesn't seem to understand what notifications are or why we would need them.

Notifications of payroll, notifications with task assignments, etc, or just notifications that SOMETHING needs attention would be an exponential improvement over this short sighted app.
