Employee accountability has gone up

From the digital timesheets to payroll reports, everything is instantly accessible from my computer or iphone . Managing from home or on the go as a business owner gives me time for more things personal and business related. I trust my team but its always good to know when they got in to the office. My employees are comfortable using it and they like how easy it is, they can just clock in at their desks

Very useful for keeping order with timesheets. I have employees on the field who use the mobile app to clock in and out and then my back office inputs their time on the web application through the browser. Payroll efforts and errors have been significantly reduced.

I used to waste an hour every morning calling my employees to make sure they are at the office, but now I can just check ClockInEasy from anywhere. My employees like it as well because they can check their own hours.

Convenient way for checking my hours worked

I am an employee who has been using ClockInEasy for about a year and it’s nice to be able to see my hours worked and how much I will get paid for the week.

Truly a great solution especially in the pharmacy industry where business owners constantly face dwindling insurance reimbursements and need a cost-effective tool that does not break the bank. Excellent for tracking deliveries/couriers, employee time shifts and when running payroll.

This has become an important part of my business processes

Great tool for managing employees. I don’t have to calculate any hours that my employees work anymore, it automatically adds their hours for the week and multiplies it by their hourly rate and creates excel reports.

I am all about going-green, and getting rid of our bulky and outdated time card machine was a great leap forward to go paperless. We had boxes and boxes of timecards stored from past years which was becoming a headache. Digital timesheets are the way to go!

Their software has been so convenient for tracking my employees time, my payroll costs have dropped severely. I definitely reccomendd Clock in easy over time clocks

This is a life saver as you grow your company. It is a big on saving time, and printing the reports for payroll is a breeze. Employees can clock in and clock out, they can put notes in as well. Love it !!!!

So simple yet so effective

this app is great!!! I love their project map which lets me see who clocked in at which location. And I don’t have to worry about bad handwriting on paper time cards anymore lol :)

I did not even know something like this app existed! I’ve been using them for 2 months now and I’ve seen a noticeable decrease in my monthly costs.

Great for staying on top of my team

Like the last review says i downloaded it and it only allows you to login not creat an account. You have to already have an account with them.

Useful tool for my business, great addition to modernize my stores

this app is great for business owners like myself who travel a lot but need to manage their employees attendance from out of the office. Also, the fact that I can export my reports to excel and send it to my payroll team almost leaves no work for me to do. Wish I had this earlier!!
