- Connect to Rent Manager database while in the field
- Review and update prospect, tenant, owner, and vendor information
- Track and process tenant payments
- Add new violations and escalate existing violations
- Complete maintenance inspections, service issues, and metered utility readings, including photos and notes
- Communicate with contacts via rmVoIP or text messaging within the app
- Search for contacts using a wide variety of search items
- View complete profile information including User Defined Fields, ownerships, transaction history, and contact information
- Add History/Note items directly from the field
- Submit maintenance tickets
- Accept and apply payments via credit card, ACH, cash, or ePay
- Conduct inspections on-the-spot, take pictures, and set statuses from the field
- Create new service issues and send reports to owners and tenants from the device

- Document all maintenance work completed on-site via the device
- Create parts/labor records for items that need to be charged back to the tenant

- All text messages and phone calls are logged and tracked within RM12
