When searching cars the app lists 100s available but only shows 8 to 10! When I look at car info and go back to all, it goes back to the new search! Not all the time, but about 80% of the time. I downloaded the app from Google play and still have the same issue.

When I click on a car it will initially go to it but then immediately switch and bring up an error message stating that they are sorry and are having trouble. This has been going on for a few days now. Is it an iPhone update issue? I deleted it and downloaded again as well

How to fix CarGurus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CarGurus app on iPhone
Update CarGurus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CarGurus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CarGurus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CarGurus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CarGurus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CarGurus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CarGurus App
1. On android, goto Settings » CarGurus » click [Force Stop]

Update CarGurus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CarGurus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CarGurus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CarGurus.

Fix CarGurus unable to contact server/ CarGurus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CarGurus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CarGurus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CarGurus
