Every car I look up it says 0 available. I looked up common vehicles 0 Honda Civics, 0 BMW 3 Series. 0 everything

The Mobile App Is Not Working Properly And it appears to be down for all devices and it only works on the website

When I am on Auto Trader looking at cars the CARFAX will not open and always says cars made in Germany are protected by law and information requested is denied. My computer is a Mac Mini. Please help me with this problem. Thank you very much.

wanting to print my car fax and the app doesn't show all the reports I have run and I had to buy another car fax report before purchasing a car because it showed I had no reports left. However, now it shows I have one remaining which I could have used the other day. Frustrating, I spent $40.00 more dollars that I had to just to see the vehicle history when I was on my way to buy the car.

Common dislikes about CARFAX app

-Money was withdrawn immediately but I didn’t have access to reports right away.

-It took them a week to respond, which I think is unreasonable for customer support.

-The reports weren’t accessible for an entire week too.

-Gave me an error without ever delivering the report.

-No responses after 3 business days and 3 follow ups.

-Won’t refund in app purchases for this app.

-Claim it is Apple’s responsibility to issue refunds for in app purchases.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CARFAX app issues:

Force Stop the CARFAX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CARFAX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CARFAX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CARFAX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CARFAX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CARFAX.

Fix CARFAX unable to contact server/ CARFAX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CARFAX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CARFAX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CARFAX on android.
