Orange Max it Reviews

This is a very basic app. It is inaccurate and does not work in real time like other operators apps. In other words, it will take a long time until it reflects the charges. You also don’t have the flexibility of changing offers or even viewing the bills without jumping from OrangeMaxit to the browser. This is very annoying. It is very clear that whoever designed OrangeMaxit has never seen other apps or even experienced what the consumers need in order to use OrangeMaxit . It is very disappointing to see such app from a company like orange. The developers should try other apps from other leading operators from the region to get an understanding of how an app should be. Very disappointing

This application is useless and wasting my time , I bought 50GB internet bundle for 1 time for 5 JOD and the application made my bill 20 JOD
I need to contact the manager as soon as possible and if i didn’t get any response i will file a lawsuit.

When I contacted them they said they have nothing to do with it.

This has to be the most useless app I have ever downloaded since 2012.
Never seems to connect properly (mobile connect or mobile data) always giving error messages, always disconnecting, pure headache.

I have no idea what goes on in OrangeMaxit development team but they are surely not working at all.

This is a disgrace to Orange.

I can’t sign in during the past few months.
It used to work but not anymore.

Bad company as they cut the service without any notice.
I cancelled everything with orange, also they used my credit card to renew my subscription without any notice from they side

OrangeMaxit still needs a lot to catch up with customer's expectations and needs
Fail to log in the only way is to disable wifi then log in
Then if I forget to turn wifi on again I start consuming my data bundle, I don't know maybe this is the purpose of that disable wifi thing
The spin and win, can't remember how many times it was on, 99% of the time it was come back again
I think OrangeMaxit is still under testing, no way this Orange standard to introduce App to the market, specially that they are the last to do so, so after long wait from an International telecom company, you introduce a very week basic app تمخض الحبل فولد فأر
OrangeMaxit could be the reason I leave Orange, because when I start comparing with friends in other operators I found that we are way behind
Hope Orange will take OrangeMaxit issue seriously or better remove it from the store immediately

OrangeMaxit is very limited , not accurate all the time specially with the internet balance, and the most important you can’t solve any problem through OrangeMaxit or even get connected with customer care.

I have a prepaid mobile line and internet everywhere but app can’t handle both of them. For a while, I would see the one depending on my internet (WiFi or mobile data), but now I can see only my home internet line and that’s it.

You can never log in because there’s always some sort of error. It is just terrible. And the linguistics are translated from Arabic to English through google translate, so you can’t understand a thing if/when you finally get in—it’s like wining the lottery!

OrangeMaxit is useless, it’s only a platform to sell services and show the total of my current and unissued bill. This is meant to be a service app where I can check my bill (without going out of OrangeMaxit ), ask for support, as well as surf offers. If OrangeMaxit becomes more useful, I’ll use it otherwise I’ll most likely delete it

I can’t understand that one of the major telecom providers in the country expect customers to pay their bills without seeing them no matter how absurd the amounts are.. it is shameful in the digital present days that OrangeMaxit of orange keep giving an error everytime the customer try to open his/ her bills. It is a shameful app for a leading telecom provider I can’t understand that!!

Need to be able to connect over Wifi, package information missing or label is missing, confusing design.

I have no comments,no issues with the design nothing like that, but my only complaint that it keeps kicking me out of OrangeMaxit after the first 2 days of installing it after that it just doesn’t work anymore.
