This is a very basic app. It is inaccurate and does not work in real time like other operators apps. In other words, it will take a long time until it reflects the charges. You also don’t have the flexibility of changing offers or even viewing the bills without jumping from the app to the browser. This is very annoying. It is very clear that whoever designed this app has never seen other apps or even experienced what the consumers need in order to use the app. It is very disappointing to see such app from a company like orange. The developers should try other apps from other leading operators from the region to get an understanding of how an app should be. Very disappointing

The app still needs a lot to catch up with customer's expectations and needs
Fail to log in the only way is to disable wifi then log in
Then if I forget to turn wifi on again I start consuming my data bundle, I don't know maybe this is the purpose of that disable wifi thing
The spin and win, can't remember how many times it was on, 99% of the time it was come back again
I think the app is still under testing, no way this Orange standard to introduce App to the market, specially that they are the last to do so, so after long wait from an International telecom company, you introduce a very week basic app تمخض الحبل فولد فأر
This app could be the reason I leave Orange, because when I start comparing with friends in other operators I found that we are way behind
Hope Orange will take the app issue seriously or better remove it from the store immediately

I can’t understand that one of the major telecom providers in the country expect customers to pay their bills without seeing them no matter how absurd the amounts are.. it is shameful in the digital present days that the app of orange keep giving an error everytime the customer try to open his/ her bills. It is a shameful app for a leading telecom provider I can’t understand that!!
