i really hate this company like every company they think about how much they make of any customer they never think how to satisfy them the companies in US is more cheaper than SA ,in US i can get the unlimited enter-net connection for 20$, in SA it well be 800, 400 or 200 reyal saudi ( from 53$ , 112$ and 215$ ) and bad connection with Daily speed last to 8 GB or 6GB after the end of the GBs the speed will decrease to 500 KB , in US we never us this plan and the company’s fight with other company’s saying we are the fastest and cheapest , in KSA its the opposite saying we are the slowest and more expensive . the world have to know how saudi have been scammed from TC for multiple years and i think this is the right time to speak and stand for ourself's

Hello there you taking about Saudi Arabia big country STC but communication Ahead There is other company’s operating in Saudi Arabia ZAIN-KSA & MOBILY Also I forget the name.
This will answer the review about STC.
We all heat company’s they looking for money we all looking for money.
Taking about STC applications is the best application i have never seen like that speed and the all thing’s you need for your all phones mobile- Landlines- HI Speed Internt for home.
You do all in myStc.
Again the application is really is the best on and i am saudi in the United States of America and i have T.mobile line and At&t. Line not les than $30 for one month taking texting 10G internet than slow speed. some cities all time mobile data is slow. Except Att.
But use one application of these companies you will know this application is really something special.

Poor services

The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic
Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue
There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the token
I had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor
STC should think of privatization or induct foreign partner to improve services

Best Telecommunication’s App

I’m very impressed by mystcKSA and it’s features. With mystcKSA, you literally don’t need to waste your time and contact the customer support. Everything can be done through mystcKSA , from modifying your plans to getting a new phone number.

It is user friendly, well designed and organized and way more advanced than all of Telecomm. apps i have ever used. Keep it up STC as u r really differentiating your self for the best compared to other crappy Telecom companies.

Doesn’t allow canceling of numbers

Unfortunately mystcKSA is short of delivering a full fledged service to its customers. It mainly focuses on what can benefit STC most . I have been trying to cancel a line i have and the MySTC App or via Phone support and both are unable to do that. They request a visit the branch. All branches closed due to Covid19. A big inconvenience that is purposely put in place to make customers life more difficult while technically can ease be supported in mystcKSA .

Terrible

i paid my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra device in full amount using mystcKSA, after payment STC did not cancel my device contract, i call 900, i go to STC branch, i contact customer service, nothing happened. mystcKSA and STC customer service is terrible, i wishes i can complain to higher management.

لقد دفعت كامل المبلغ لجهاز Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra باستخدام هذا التطبيق ، بعد الدفع لم تقم شركة الاتصالات السعودية بإلغاء عقد جهازي ، اتصلت بـ 900 ، وأذهب إلى فرع شركة الاتصالات السعودية ، وأتواصل مع خدمة العملاء ، ولم يحدث شيء. هذا التطبيق وخدمة عملاء STC سيئتان ، أتمنى أن أتمكن من تقديم شكوى إلى الإدارة العليا.

Won’t switch between numbers.

Need an update as the primary number won’t switch instantly and sometime doesn’t change at all. Or else there must a feature where you can access an account in sort of a different page of all the numbers under the ID.

The New Design is Bad!

🛑The previous design was better to control and move between the pages , and it was smoother than this one ,

And you could see everything you needed on the main page of your number , now you need to keep digging to get the information u need , even the features on the new design looks incomplete and its not satisfies my needs.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🛑

I really like the previous design , its a shame.

The last update in mystcKSA there is some issues for iphone 6 , its not working

Every thing Is perfect. I wish that there is some change of colors and issue bills on the next day of the salary day.

New update let me down

I was able to use mystcKSA to recharge my data SIM while abroad or offshore as long as I had internet service.

With the latest update there’s no direct log in to only recharge, thus requires validation and most times that doesn’t work for commuter workers. The option to just recharge without full login should be back

Bad service

The internet speed is super bad, like one of the worst internet speed I ever used in my life, basically, you pay a lot of money for a bad internet service, Even though I live in Jeddah and their service in this city is supposed to be good as they say in the media, but nah it’s still bad

Bug

You need to fix the Touch ID bug. Every time I open mystcKSA I’m automatically logged in, even though I’ve selected “Require Touch Access” in settings. Correspondingly, the touch access tab is turned off every time I open mystcKSA , even though I turned it on the last time.
