The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic
Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue
There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the token
I had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor

Unfortunately the app is short of delivering a full fledged service to its customers. It mainly focuses on what can benefit STC most . I have been trying to cancel a line i have and the MySTC App or via Phone support and both are unable to do that. They request a visit the branch. All branches closed due to Covid19. A big inconvenience that is purposely put in place to make customers life more difficult while technically can ease be supported in the App.

i paid my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra device in full amount using this app, after payment STC did not cancel my device contract, i call 900, i go to STC branch, i contact customer service, nothing happened. This app and STC customer service is terrible, i wishes i can complain to higher management.
لقد دفعت كامل المبلغ لجهاز Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra باستخدام هذا التطبيق ، بعد الدفع لم تقم شركة الاتصالات السعودية بإلغاء عقد جهازي ، اتصلت بـ 900 ، وأذهب إلى فرع شركة الاتصالات السعودية ، وأتواصل مع خدمة العملاء ، ولم يحدث شيء. هذا التطبيق وخدمة عملاء STC سيئتان ، أتمنى أن أتمكن من تقديم شكوى إلى الإدارة العليا.
