It has been 3 or 4 weeks that i cannot connect to the application to see the state of my package. I have an e-sim, when i enter my number i receive a code, i once i write it, the welcome page keep uploading without able me to manage my line.

Very very bad software to use is not simple

Very good application but the worst after-sales service I've ever seen. When you ask for help, it seems that a human-robot answers the same thing: that it would be happy to help you if you give it more information.
The application is convenient, but does not provide any invoice when you use it to pay, it seems.
