You never understand what you paid previously, what you have as a remaining balanced, and some months are double the price and you don’t know why.

Salem aleykoum,
It has been 3 or 4 weeks that i cannot connect to the application to see the state of my package. I have an e-sim, when i enter my number i receive a code, i once i write it, the welcome page keep uploading without able me to manage my line.

Very good application but the worst after-sales service I've ever seen. When you ask for help, it seems that a human-robot answers the same thing: that it would be happy to help you if you give it more information.
The application is convenient, but does not provide any invoice when you use it to pay, it seems.

Je suis arabe et musulman. J’ai vécu en Tunisie, Italie, France, Suisse et actuellement au Royaume de l’Arabie Saoudite. Je n’ai jamais vu une telle perfection et qualité de travail chez un opérateur de télécommunications comme celle de STC! Ça me rend très fièr d’être arabe et musulman.
