Biriyani rice was stiff like soaked in water.

Forget about EatSureFoodDelivery if you don’t have an Indian number. You can try as many phone number as you want it won’t work and you will never receive your OTP of the number isn’t Indian. That’s so so annoying. Its 2024 and they still haven’t solved this problem. Same happened to me a year ago.

Worst App ever . I placed an order two hours ago today and I still haven’t received it yet . Yesterday , I placed an order , and I was sent something else that wasn’t my specified order and in addition to that , the food was stale . Stop fooling people

Very bad experience. App tracking does not work, delivery agent does not pick up call and expected delivery time keeps getting late. Had to cancel the order after all the waiting.

Please don’t use EatSureFoodDelivery.
I ordered a meal, it came 20 minutes late, they sent the wrong order and said that we was lying about it.
Check your meal before paying for it

Only use if you are fine not getting food and losing your money.

I received wrong order and there is no way you can reach to EatSure via phone or chat to raise such complain.

Fasoos it’s been three orders and three calls to help desk but I have 250 credits earned that I am still unable to use. It’s unfair to customers that you don’t let them use your reward credits for loyalty. Fix this or all of us will stop trusting you

I am giving this feedback out my overall experience with Faasos till date. I have ordered food from faasos atleast 5+ times and found that it's degrading at following levels:
1. You will never get ur referral bonus.
2. Degrading Food quality since last 3 orders.
3. Very Late Delivery of order i.e. usually 30 mins more than the estimated time.
4. Poor packaging.

So the food is good and delivery quick but none of their overly advertised coupons work. I tried on three separate phone and they still keep texting me these offers. I don't know if that is an app issue or they are scamming people but it's serious. I talked to them on the phone and no one seems to know what is going on.

Referral system of this application doesn't work . So think before referring , you are not gonna be benefited.

I ordered Cheesy Chicken Bhuna wrap and Cheese melt paneer wrap, both taste amazing.

When I click COD, EatSureFoodDelivery doesn’t process the payment further; it stays on the same page. However, if I pay immediately using other options there is no issue.
I want COD. Kindly fix this issue.

Box 8 and Mojo Pizza has much better Food quality at cheap price

I liked the food options in Faasos. Good Quality and Tasty.

EatSureFoodDelivery is by far the BEST application I've come across for ordering food online. Very user friendly and accessible to everyone. Ease of access- 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Food is anyways exquisitely excellent. Simple very well designed. Keep it up. Improvement suggestion- Just make it a bit more faster to access in-app operations. :)
