I can't login, the app tells me my card isn't valid. It's the only card I have had for several years.

To resolve smiONE Visa Prepaid Card network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the smiONE Visa Prepaid Card App
1. On android, goto Settings » smiONE Visa Prepaid Card » click [Force Stop]

Clear smiONE Visa Prepaid Card App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » smiONE Visa Prepaid Card » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart smiONE Visa Prepaid Card.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click smiONE Visa Prepaid Card » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto smiONE Visa Prepaid Card » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch smiONE Visa Prepaid Card
