For some reason My wife and I can log in to the website but have never been able to log into the app. Even the website is only successful about 1 in 20 times. This is a great concept especially with us living so far away. I find it hard to believe that the greatest hospital in the world can't have an app that works. I hope this gets worked out. I'm sure if your downloading this app your life is stressful enough right now. This is the last thing you need to deal with.

I just had cancer surgery two weeks ago and am on pins and needles wanting to know if the cancer was contained and what my prognosis is going to be. I get an email saying I have a new test result and immediately go to the app. The app lists the path report but doesn’t give the result and says to go to the website. The website does not have it and doesn’t even list multiple lab results that are on the app!
Very heartbreaking for the top cancer hospital to drop the ball on having such a crummy app.

I’m a Stage 4 cancer patient. I don’t have time to waste on your app that doesn’t function properly. I can’t even see the messages I’ve sent my providers, for starters. Also, I’m not interested in going to a completely separate app for what I need to do. I might as well use the full website. I’ll be deleting both app off of all of my devices. For the #1 cancer hospital in the U.S. I expect a lot more out of your technology.
