Oops message not allowing to use
I was told to download this in order to upload a document BUT I ALWAYS get a message: Something went wrong, so I cannot use this. I’ve tried deleting, waited a whole week and still the same message. So this app is totally useless…

I have to sign on. Every single time. The application freezes when I get to the submit documents. Doesn’t let me even choose a a document to submit. Please fix
