Close and restart the Trafi app on iPhone
Update Trafi app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix Trafi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trafi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Trafi app issues:

Force Stop the Trafi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Trafi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Trafi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trafi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Trafi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Trafi.

Fix Trafi unable to contact server/ Trafi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Trafi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Trafi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Trafi on android.
