Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SysAid Panic app issues:

Force Stop the SysAid Panic App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SysAid Panic app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SysAid Panic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SysAid Panic App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SysAid Panic app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SysAid Panic.

Fix SysAid Panic unable to contact server/ SysAid Panic internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SysAid Panic » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SysAid Panic » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)

As a SysAid Gold Customer, the Panic button is available for you to use for emergencies only. Download SysAidPanic , log in with your SysAid help desk credentials (the same you would use for helpdesk. sysaid. com), and then you’re all set. It will alert your dedicated account manager that something is terribly wrong. SysAidPanic has one big red button. If your SysAid server is down or similar emergency occurs, simply click the big red button on SysAidPanic, and your account manager, or someone from the Gold team, will call you right away. Nothing else is needed.
