During registration, there was an error with one of the required fields when I tried to submit (password and ‘confirm password’ mismatch because of a typo) but instead of letting me just correct that field, it punted me out of the page and I had to click Register and fill in ALL of the registration fields again!
During my video call, clicking on the hamburger menu disconnected the call. No option to mute myself if I needed to. The app also logged me out during the call even though the call was still active (could hear the other person but could no longer see them). Logging back in didn’t fix it and it eventually logged me out again. Carried on the conversation unable to see the other person but she could see me.
This app also feels like it was designed and built in the 90s. So many basic UX principles that have long been standard are not adopted.

I followed all the directions for creating a password, checked carefully multiple times and had someone else check that my password contained everything it needed according to the directions on screen. It still does not allow me to create an account and has the password directions highlighted. Useless.

How is an app this bad in 2023? Each time I use it, it forgets my password and requires me to set a new password. The option to send an “instant message” directs you to an unending “loading screen.” There is no obvious way to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Beyond disappointing. This is a resource that is supposed to connect you to support, but instead it just leaves me increasingly frustrated. This is the worst app I have ever used.
