I bought a car from this app and would definitely not recommend them. Purchasing the car itself was easy. After I purchased the car, the trouble started. They didn’t know where my car was. I waited for updates but they didn’t call. Eventually I called them, but their information was never consistent. My car was in Florida waiting to be picked up. My car had been picked up and it was in Nevada. Another call - my car was in Texas. Excuse me? What happened to Nevada?!! Then my delivery date comes and goes, no car. They were five days late. After all this they began to call me, email me, harassing me about paperwork for the car. I looked into the problem and discovered - per my bank- that this was not something I had to do. They were pressing me about the title that they should have dealt with themselves. Even yet, my bank can’t figure out what’s going on with my cars title and it’s been months. Do yourself a favor. Go with Carvana. I wish I had.

I got preappeoved through one of their “many” lending banks and went through the whole process. The guy tells me that I can’t move on with that bank because this app doesn’t use it as a lending company.. though it says on their app and website that Westlake Financial is one of their lending companies. Btw I had to pay the holding fee just to get the application process. Now after talking with this guy who doesn’t know anything about selling cars or anything about the company he works for, he gets all my info and puts me on hold for an hour. Get him back on the phone he says it’s not going to work and I push back at him saying I’ve already been pre approved I can send him the email stating said deal. Guy told me he had to talk to his supervisors and he would call me back. It’s been two days and 250$ for a hold on a car that customer service won’t even get back with me on. This company is a joke don’t waste your time.

My wife and I bought a car from this app in May. It is now December and we still do not have our Title or Registration. I got them all of the documents and information they needed back in May and haven’t heard from them since besides for when I call them and wait at least 2 hours to speak with someone. We have been in the dark for 7 months until I finally found out yesterday that our Title has JUST been released from NYS meaning we are still weeks away from received our title and registration. They didn’t tell me this though I had to wait on hold for 5 hours over the span of two days and yell at people to finally have them give me information. I have no trust or faith that I will ever see my title or registration and am worried that I will never have me car street legal. This haa been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and I am going to do what I can to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Contacting the BBB and filing a complaint is about the only way to get anywhere with this company! All I want is for my car to actually be delivered! They have my trade in title so I can’t drive my truck anymore and I’m on my 5th delivery date AFTER the original delivery date for the new car! I have been told 3 different states the car is in, they sent the wrong car to my last mile hub a week ago and I’m starting to think it really is a scam! If you are someone that put 5 stars your a paid actor or work for this app, period! In 3 weeks haven’t received any emails, calls, or updates on anything! The “this app hub” on their app has never shown my purchase or anything for that matter and they have been told that for a month! The people who answer the phones are place holders just to shut you up with lies and some even hang up on you while “transferring” you! At some point these people won’t have anyone else to scam or lie to and will go out of business! Keep reporting them, I’m about to take this issue to the next level with legal!
I purchased a vehicle from this app and I was given the final purchase agreement and the bank sent in the funds according to the agreement. The initial agreement did not include title and taxes because we knew we would have to pay that directly to the state of UT once the vehicle arrived and was registered. Once they received the check from the bank, they told me the car could not be delivered until I covered the pending balance. They suddenly sent an updated purchase agreement that now had title and taxes on it. They told me that they would handle title and taxes so that’s why I had to pay. I paid the difference and they shipped the car and then I received the paperwork with instructions to go register at DMV and sure enough, I had to pay the taxes and title fee just as expected. So I paid it twice and they are not responding to any emails (almost a week now) to explain why they charged for taxes and title. It ended up costing me close to $1500 that I had already paid this app. The customer service and communication has been terrible throughout this whole process.

I would leave zero stars if I could. These people are literally CROOKS. How they are verified under the BBB is beyond me. I ordered a car in January that didn’t get scheduled for delivery until late March. So I decided to cancel it because is seemed fishy that there was NO communication between anyone I spoke to in regards to where it was. They basically jsut talked to me I circles saying they’d work on it but literally nothing. Not being facetious when I say I called over TWENTY TIMES. We are literally paying for a vehicle that we do not have! They are doing NOTING to fix the issue. If it isn’t fixed within the next few weeks we’re going to have to get lawyers involved this is completely asinine. Not to mention the majority of the workers for some reason have an attitude. If you don’t want to help people maybe get another job? Maybe not something that’s customer service. They literally made me turn into a Karen on them.

I really wish I could give negative stars! I purchased a vehicle from this app on Oct 25th, my order was finalized on Oct 27th. I was given a delivery date of on or before Nov 10th. I was told by A “supervisor” (Gana Yang) who actually handled the sale of my vehicle that I would receive an email a few days before delivery stating who the carrier is and tracking info. It’s now Nov 19th I have NEVER received an email with any tracking information or even a call stating my delivery would be late. I called every day for 11 days straight trying to get any information about my vehicle. This company is a JOKE. There’s no management apparently, as I was told every time I called and asked to speak with someone in charge. They tell you “they’re all in a meeting” or “there’s no management number I can transfer you to” or my personal favorite, “I’ll put in a request for management to call you within 24hrs”. I put in 5 requests to speak to management and not ONE time did I receive any calls. For the love of god DO NOT waste your time or money dealing with this horrible company!

They have no records of my purchase through my Bank. The loan has been paid and have sold the vehicle, however they show that the deal was canceled and never funded 5 months later. I’ve talked to customer service several times and have been told the title was sent to the local DMV. If the purchase was never funded and canceled with funding then why would I have the vehicle and no one from this app calling me asking for any type of payment. Nothing anyone has told me makes sense at all, meanwhile the dealership that I sold it to is growing impatient and I will be forced to by it back. this app won’t help me. They just say they never received money from the bank as if the deal never took place. If the deal never took place then wouldn’t they still have the vehicle? This is all the dumbest experience I’ve ever had. Most of the time I tell this story to customer service, they get confused, then transfer me to someone else after waiting another 30 mins on hold. Worst experience. Completely unorganized. Feel free to contact me and I will discourage anyone from buying from them.

Firstly I’d like to say the rating for this company started very high. 5 stars in fact but over the past 3 months it’s gotten lower and lower due to the lack consistency and ever dragging process of registration paper work. The vehicle i purchased is legitimately my dream car and the delivery was ridiculously efficient and quick. I had my vehicle within 5 days of purchasing. However as I stated before I’ve been dealing with this registration process for over 3 months and there seems to be no end in sight. I’ve gotten the run around time and time again about things moving forward but alas I’m still waiting for something that should’ve and could’ve been done a month ago. this app needs to work on better and more consistent customer service. Additionally, be more open with customers about wait times for paperwork and actually make sure where they are sending documents is the correct location so the process is NOT delayed longer than it should be. I would give them a 2.5 star rating as it stands right now but since we can’t do half stars I land on 2 stars with the hope that this company will get better after this feedback.
I can’t say this enough never,NEVER, buy a car from this shady business. Your promised a car that’s in perfect working order and there great when it comes to calling you back trying to sell you the vehicle. After you’ve paid and the cars in your hands your on your own. They sold me a car that needed over three grand in repairs and the best part. THEY KNEW ABOUT IT. After calling there third party warranty safeguard my claim was instantly denied and I’m left on my own to pay for repairs on a car that already cost me 30k. Best part about it is safeguard told me they already knew the car had issues because I wasn’t the first person to call about it. There advice was to hit this app with everything I could to get my money because they even said there shady. Customer support is garbage and I’ll be on hold for hours to speak to someone who won’t even answer my question. I’m in the military and at this point I’m already talking to legal to get them on the blacklist so no other military member will be allowed to do business with them and fall for the same scam I have and get my money from this low life company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I purchased my vehicle and received it August 27th 2021. I went through 5 sets of temporary tags. I have called every 48-72 business hours since my 1st temp tags expired. It’s a Full Size Subaru Ascent and now it sits in my driveway unable to be driven because my 5th set of temp tags expired January 22nd. No help with just getting everything sorted out to fix, zero help with a rental vehicle. I make payments which are more than $600, I have car insurance for it and I pay $30 a month for unlimited car washes. Supervisors have been informed. Tickets and cases have been created weekly and no one calls back and no one does anything. Carol is assigned to fix this since the beginning and I have her email since all the employees I’ve spoken to say she’s in charge. She has zero times responded to calls or emails, she has never reached out. This has been a nightmare. I called back today since the last time I called in was March 17th and today is March 21st. All they did was check on the notes to see…. Yes sir nothing has been done still, so all they added was a complaint I guess. I’m less than a week away from it being 8 months of no resolve. I hope this helps! I wish I was warned!

When I made the initial hold, someone called me in 3 minutes. After that, I never heard from another person. The contact and updates were horrible. I never heard from anybody in regards to the status of my purchase. Eventually after calling, I was told the car was at a hub waiting for delivery. I was told the delivery would be by December 6. On December 6 there was no vehicle delivery. I called and was told they’re still prepping the vehicle and they’re trying to contract with someone as I was outside of their standard delivery area. On the 12th someone contacted me for delivery. They said they couldn’t deliver to my house. I paid $1000 for the deliver and I couldn’t get it delivered to my house! Then, the car was dead. I guess prep did not include keeping the vehicle charge. Now I’m concerned as the owner manual said never let it go to zero as this could damage the batteries. The delivery driver did charge it which I ended up paying for. He said I should get the fee back from this app, but the $12 is not worth the fight and hassle of waiting for someone to answer the phone. I do like the car and I’m overall happy with the vehicle. I just wish I could’ve bought it from a different company.

Do not purchase from this app if you expect a seamless process and any semblance of customer service. I purchased my car on October 29th. this app and I both signed the electronic contracts (DocuSign) on October 30th, the following day. For ten days I called and asked where my hard copy contract was that they send via Fed Ex for the “wet” signature. After 12 days they reissued my electronic contracts for signature because the payoff on my trade changed by $16. Well yeah, if you take 12 days instead of the advertised 2-3 days that will happen. Payoffs are typically good for 10 days only. I signed electronic contracts again on November 11th. The hard copies were sent to me and returned to this app via Fed Ex. They received those on Monday, November 15th at 9:30 AM. To date my vehicle has not been released for shipment. It is still with contracts. And it will take up to 14 days to ship it, according to this app. It takes two weeks to ship a car 500 miles - a 7 hour drive. The idea that this app can buy and sell cars online is an illusion. They do not possess the capacity to perform online sales. And customers are not allowed to speak with a manager. Ever. For any reason. If you think I’m making that up, give it a try.
My advice - go somewhere else, anywhere else, and buy the vehicle you want. this app is a sham.

After purchasing a F-150 on August 6th I had a delivery date of August 17th and after the vehicle didn’t arrive I called this app and I was told there was an issue with the carrier getting there to pickup my vehicle. So a few days passed and I called back and this app had no updates so I started doing some research on my own since I received no call backs like I was promised and I was able to find out who the delivery company that was supposed to be transporting my truck and I was told that on the 15th they attempted to pickup my truck and this app wouldn’t release it. So after many hours on the phone with this app I was told that the vehicle was still going through inspection even though these vehicles that are listed for sale are supposed to be inspected prior before they are listed for sale. So fast forward to August 24th I’m finally contacted by this app and they informed me they couldn’t deliver this vehicle because the engine the engine had failed and if I wanted to pick out another vehicle I would be contacted within in 72 hours. At this point I know these people can’t be trusted and I informed that they just needed to refund my $7500 dollar down payment and their reply was someone will contact you within 72 hours to go over that. This is the shadiest company I’ve ever encountered. My suggestion to anyone considering this app if you cant put your hands on the vehicle don’t trust these folks.
Service so bad they can’t even blame Covid! I started my journey to buy and trade in a car with this app in late November. Everything was going fast and easy. Got the car no issues it’s a nice car, traded vehicles and they priced it $3,000 less than what they estimated without saying why. Car was in perfect shape no smoking and mileage low we moved to the mountains and wanted to get a sturdier ride for the winter. Not the bad part though. We went through all of our temp tags constantly waiting for our title and registration. No one knew why we weren’t being notified, I called and called same answer and no one understood and when I spoke with someone higher they didn’t know and when they said that’s the title and registration personnel job I asked for their number or to be forwarded they didn’t know the number that happened multiple times with different people. It took 4 months before they sent the final paperwork! Then took another 2 months to get a notification that this app finally did their part and sent it to the state and did not give me new tags bc the state only allowed them to do 3 mind you 3 temps that barely lasted for a month. this app should be disappointed with their staff and train bc clearly everyone you have is incompetent. I just got my title and registration today. You can’t even blame Covid on your faults. Do people a favor and either stop or get your stuff together. Worst experience I have ever had.

I wish I had read the reviews before starting this purchase. I started shopping for a car early December in hopes of having one by Christmas. I first came in contact with this app on Dec 16th and Submitted all requested documents same day. It is now New Years day and the car hasn't even shipped yet. I do not want to begin going into the details of the delays and inconveniences since the thought really stresses me out. I couldn't even make my downpayment without going through hoops because of internal issues with their plaid system. I'm so tempted to walk away but the fear of going through all the credit checks and the entire car buying process again scares me and so I am left at the mercy of this app just hoping that I'll be able to stop paying for Ubers by end of January... The words disappointing, inconvenient and costly doesn't begin to summarize this experience. Having the dream of getting a car for at least new years taken away and having to pay for ubers while this app takes their own lil time is just miserable. I chose online for the convenience and huge selection without the hassle of a salesman. But never again would I go this route or encourage it to anyone.

The purchasing and delivery of my new vehicle along with the pickup of old one went smooth as could be. My new truck showed up with a dead battery and some chips on the windshield. Not a huge deal. They reimbursed me for the battery as they should have. However getting my windshield fixed has been a disaster. I bought my truck in December and I’m now finally just scheduled to get my windshield replaced on Monday. I was also told by the glass company if they can’t figure out the ticket number issue with this app I’m responsible for the windshield invoice. I’ve tried calling customer service for this app legit 20 times and I either get ignorant employees who basically don’t want to do anything and put me on hold for 45 minutes or very helpful employees but still don’t get anything done for me. Keep in mind I contacted this app the day I received the vehicle with the transport damage and have email trails to confirm everything I did. If your car comes in perfect shape I believe you’ll be a true supporter of this app. If you go through what I’m going through I think I’d rather deal with the lying salesman at dealerships.

The delivery took 45+ days. The communication by the Hub manager kept me from losing all hope. He, Blake Ladera, was excellent. He kept me in the loop during a very stressful time. I had sold my other vehicle on December 14th and the new Silverado from this app didn’t come until mid-January. The vehicle also came with tires that were rated 3/11 by Discount Tires, and one of them had 2 nails in it. I had to buy 4 new tires for $1200+ dollars.
All of that said, this app kept their word when they said they would reimburse me for the tires. It’s not March, and I was just refunded my $999 delivery fee. The communication was difficult over the months, but this app came through with all the refunds and made it right. The truck, aside from the tires, was in excellent shape. The price was great, the interior was clean, and this Texas edition package was hard to find at this price. Also, full disclosure, patience isn’t one of my best traits…

Not gonna lie, I was very nervous when I bought my car and saw all of the negative reviews but I thought the heck with it I’m just gonna go through with the purchase. Customer service was awesome and very polite, they answered all of my questions. The car arrived in pretty good shape but did have some problems. First off, the windshield wipers were put on backwards but me and a friend were able to change that very easily. Oil and transmission fluid needed to be changed which is fine since that has to be replaced overtime anyway. I also had a airbag warning light come on and I took it to a mechanic and they said that it was most likely just the sensor. Sensor still comes on occasionally but stays off 99 percent of the time. And then the biggest problem, I woke up to see a puddle of oil on the driveway and I was definitely upset. I called this app within the week warranty and was able to set up a case number to have them pay for the repairs which they did! All I had to do was show them a receipt and they sent a check. Overall, I have had a pretty good experience and my car is running great. I also saw reviews about not getting the title. Mine arrived two weeks after it was delivered so I’m good to go. If you got to the end of this congratulations. It was very long but I wanted to make it as detailed as possible haha.
Loved using this service. No need for having to deal with dealerships. The process was smooth for us. Earcie helped us get a loan in less than an hour with an amazing interest rate. Lower than other banks I had applied previously. We got our new suv within 2 weeks. All the paperwork was done really fast. The process was smooth. The messages where answered quick.

I think this is the common feature which each app has. Logging in each time is pretty much annoying also they are not even taking benefits of smart phone i.e FACEID OR TOUCH ID.
Cant select above 100k miles. Apps bad go elsewhere.
