My bus missed the boarding point at midnight 12:15, and when I saw it approaching, I tried calling the driver, but they declined my calls. The driver stopped after a kilometer and asked me to come to the bus stop. I had to rush a kilometer without an autorickshaw at that hour! The bus was also late. I complained to the AbhiBus support team about both the delay and the missed boarding point, but they refused to refund me for the delay, claiming it was a normal occurrence for a bus to be delayed. My ticket was for the AbhiBus Assured category, which offers refunds for bus delays. And for missing of boarding point they said they will send me 200 points cash back but I haven’t received the 200 cash back points even though it’s been a year. This service is extremely poor.
Cheating customers by booking tickets for a different dates

Please don’t use Abhibus (app or website). It lost its trust and booking tickets for a different date. When asking, they are saying, we need to cancel the ticket and book a new ticket.
I have a video recording as well where I took the video describing about my issue. These are BIG Cheaters. Go with other ticket purchasing apps.

Worst customer care agent, they trained to tell the words “they can’t refund”. In my case they have a technical bug in the application. I called them multiple times they keep saying they can’t refund and they manager never available to talk.
