They send you text messages daily to announce nonsense and to top it off you cannot block them ... The app as is represents the ineptitude of the company in its entirety ... They are such for which ... Since they asked me so much to leave my opinion every time I log in to the app here you have it, and also making me waste my time ...

Things on the app seem to work only when convenient for the company; if your internet is down, good luck trying to report it. If you try to communicate it through the chat option, they just close the chat before you are even able to be helped or even state anything at all. Everything on the app seems made for the companies convenience and not the users. I am better off just calling directly and avoiding the hassle this app creates for no reason.

I have been trying to log into my account for like two weeks now. i asked for help and they said it would take 48hrs to fix the problem with the app a week has passed and I’m yet to log into my account i tried the report issue button in the help tab and I can’t even send the report message…the app is completely useless. I’m looking under rocks for a reason to keep being a customer for this company.
